In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. Situated next to the NCT tram line, Middle Street station is 2 minutes walk away, Nottingham is only a 20 minute tram ride. With spectacular views of the championship golf course, this sophisticated lodge is perfect for a family holiday, a golf break or a luxury spa break. There is a fantastic kitchen, beautiful decked area for outside entertaining, and finally a bubbling hot tub from where to enjoy the views.

Granville House West Wing

The apartment is on 3 floors within a grade II listed building. The kitchen is spacious with a log burner and all the nice appliances such as an American style fridge freezer, wine cooler, range cooker, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The glass-blown staircase leads up to the the snug and dressing room, which is cosy, off this is the bathroom with a large walk in shower and an infa-red sauna. The staircase in the snug leads up to the bedroom which is under a beautiful array of beams.

The perfect place for a relaxing getaway, overlooking the fishing lake and award winning golf course. Set in tranquil surroundings with everything for a home from home experience. Boasting 3 spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge area and 3 tier decking area for those barbeques. There is also a private fishing platform for those keen fishermen, or why not follow the nature trail for a relaxing walk, for the more energetic there is a fully equipped gym/pool.
