Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

The Garden Flat - Luxury double Cotswold apartment

The Garden Flat is an independent new extension to our converted stone barn in Oxfordshire, just outside Hook Norton on the edge of The Cotswolds & with gorgeous views. Attractively & tastefully furnished with a small kitchenette area, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & kettle - NO OVEN; double bedroom with king size bed & en-suite shower/bathroom. The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

A perfect base for riverside walks, cycling and water sports. Mainline train stations Bedford and Sandy are 15 minutes drive away.

The studio is totally self contained so you can come and go as you please. Very quiet, private and has a South facing balcony overlooking the garden. There is wi-fi, unrestricted parking on the street immediately outside the property. It has a shower. A small dog is welcome to stay and use the garden and there will be £30 charge, payable directly. An oven & microwave are available. It is suitable for 2 adults over 18 years of age.
