Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Northeastern United States

I booked this spot for my birthday/ mother & daughter getaway and was not disappointed! The views were great and the whole place was very relaxing. Angela was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We traveled with my 3 year old rescue dog and he had the time of his life. There was plenty of space for him to run around! We will certainly be back!

No notes, incredible escape even in the pouring rain. The ambience, even down to the little things like walking through the door to classical music, was truly top notch.

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Olga's beautiful modern house in Upstate New York is a real gem nestled near a wild forest. The spacious house offers plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day exploring the area. The location offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure, with plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. Olga was a fantastic host – incredibly responsive and flexible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself is stunning, with modern amenities and stylish decor. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this Airbnb!

Beautiful place, we loved the hot tub, the fire pit the gorgeous bedroom and fully stocked kitchen. A dream to cook and hang out in. This is a place you want to stay in and not leave. Internet and wifi was excellent. Communication was great. The projector system didn't work at all and we did get some help, and when they weren't able to help they offered us a free night stay if we wanted to stay another day. However, please stop with the AI responses they are not helpful and just make it feel less responsive once you realize it's not a human. Cons were just that the sofa isn't very comfy or loungeable, but that's really it. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a great time during our stay! The indoor pool was the real highlight—clean, well-maintained, and the surround sound music made it extra fun. The entire property was spotless and clearly well cared for. We even enjoyed S’mores at the outdoor fire pit. Chantale and Toni were incredibly accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

The Yay Frame lived right up to its name. My only regret was not being able to there sooner to spend more time in this oasis. From the hot tub, to the hooting owls, from the sauna to the arcade room with its arsenal of amazing books and games, this is a place I will rebook and consider every time I’m in the area. I would love to experience this home in the winter under a blanket of snow and after a day on the slopes. Shane is an excellent host. I left an item behind and he went above and beyond to make sure I could easily pick it up on my way back thru town.

Ami’s place was great! Stayed for my birthday and was surprised with a delicious tres leche cake upon my arrival! The view was incredible, amenities were amazing, overall it was everything I hoped for and more. Thanks Ami!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom that made everything super convenient. Thiago was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the jacuzzi area and the large, comfy couch in the living room. The entire place offered great privacy. Would definitely recommend it!

Michael & Sarah’s place is fantastic! Right on the lake with every amenity you could want (French press, dishwasher, home theatre, BBQ, and fire pit to name a few) The place was comfortable and clean, in an extremely tranquil location, perfect for coffee or wine looking out over the lake from the porch or dock. This home had all of the little touches that make for an extremely comfortable stay (like wood and fire starters at the fire pit). Michael and Sarah are very warm, friendly and welcoming - we would recommend this place to anyone we know visiting the area!

We had a lovely time at Jeff's beautiful property, there was everything provided to use one can imagine and a very clean house. We were really impressed. İf you want to be in a clean ,well equipped, beautiful,safe place at the heart of nature where you are in the lap of peace then i strongly recommend this property. Thank you Jeff for having us..

Matti was a friendly and thoughtful host who made us feel welcome from the start. He reached out ahead of time with helpful info and made check-in easy. The place matched the listing perfectly—if anything, it was a bit nicer than expected—and was a great value for the area. Both bedrooms were comfortable and had blackout shades. The shower had great water pressure and was a nice way to start the day. Everything was clean and functional, and we enjoyed the custom furniture pieces. The location was another plus- it was easy to get around on foot. We walked to dinner, grabbed coffee in the morning, and picked up a few things from the grocery store—all without needing to drive. Overall, this was a great place to stay with everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a well-priced, comfortable option in the area.

Definitely a space with great level of thoughts and details makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Surrounded by the nature, you can immerse yourself in the beautiful mountain view and bird chirps, very peaceful and tranquil. We saw deers walking by, rabbit hiding in bush from raining, and a little chipmunk busy around the house all the time. Amazing plaice. If you are looking for a place fulfilled with serenity, joy and nature, this is a place to go. The house made with love, clean and big. The creek and sounds of water with the fire pit meditative. The hot jacuzzi on the creek is relaxing and fun. The owners are nice people, very orginized and quickly responding to any conserns you migjt have. Walks on the nature is available. We will be back!!! Thank you James and Erene!!

We loved staying at Rebecca’s cabin! It was a gorgeous place to get away and decompress. We had a fire and roasted marshmallows every night. It was so relaxing to having my morning coffee with the sound of the stream in the background. Rebecca was extremely responsive and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back when we need another getaway in the mountains!

This home was SO cool and unique. So many special little parts of this space. It's pretty magical, secluded and we kept looking around thinking how awesome it was. It was a simple check in, nice and clean, and a short little walk to the beach. Babcock Lake is no doubt a special place. Igor is an excellent host! Thanks for everything. Definitely will be back and recommend to a friend!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the cabin - modern amenities in a peaceful hillside setting. We were especially touched because we had inquired about local dining options for our children's dietary restrictions and the hosts left us snacks meeting those restrictions. Cabin was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and the upstairs loft has a creative solution for the beds that the kids did not feel as though they were bunkmates, even though they were sleeping in the same room. There were a variety of streaming options available on the two large TVs, and we had no issues finding the appropriate pots, pans or utensils when we made dinner for ourselves. We will long remember our family's two nights spent around fires - one night when it was too wet to make a proper fire outside was spent around the propane fire table, and the night around the fire pit making smores.

There are many to list, but our favorite attribute was how secluded it felt. Gary was very gracious and helpful at checkin and checkout, but we didn't see or hear anyone during our one night stay. Everything we could have wanted was there, right where we needed it, saving us settling-in time--logs and starter perfectly stacked in the fire pit ready to be lit, blankets to snuggle on the sofas, a broom to sweep off the outdoor chairs. Thoughtful extra touches went beyond what we expected--outdoor fans to keep the bugs away (although it was not very buggy on this mid-June weekend), a magnifying lighted bathroom mirror, a small herb garden. We really appreciated being able to bring our pet with us and saw wild frogs, rabbits, herons. The cabin and multiple deck spaces (dock, hammock, gazebo, camp kitchen, balcony) are spacious. We enjoyed a thick wooded area on one side for walks, an open space on the other for tossing a frisbee, playing carpet ball, and taking out a paddle boat.

Cozy & rustic home with lots of attention to unique details. Great place to stay for a romantic getaway or quiet escape.
