Holiday rentals with a patio in Northeastern United States

The Yay Frame lived right up to its name. My only regret was not being able to there sooner to spend more time in this oasis. From the hot tub, to the hooting owls, from the sauna to the arcade room with its arsenal of amazing books and games, this is a place I will rebook and consider every time I’m in the area. I would love to experience this home in the winter under a blanket of snow and after a day on the slopes. Shane is an excellent host. I left an item behind and he went above and beyond to make sure I could easily pick it up on my way back thru town.

Cute, cozy, clean, and super close to the bike trail! Perfect stay for a weekend exploring the towns along the trail.

Considering the other Airbnbs that were available for the Grand Prix weekend, Thomas's place was worth it, considering the free parking and the location of the building. Everything you need is available both in and around the place. Thomas was also great with the communication, check in and check out was a smooth process.

We had a lovely time at Jeff's beautiful property, there was everything provided to use one can imagine and a very clean house. We were really impressed. İf you want to be in a clean ,well equipped, beautiful,safe place at the heart of nature where you are in the lap of peace then i strongly recommend this property. Thank you Jeff for having us..

Wonderful stay. Location was beautiful. Alex was very responsive and an exceptional host and responded to all of our questions within minutes. The house was very much like the photos and we found all the necessities including cooking appliances and accessories. We wish the canoe in the backyard was in better shape but Alex was honest in stating use at own risk. It was still functional.

When I got to the house, as soon as you open the door it was very clean inside and felt cozy. Anytime I messaged Denise about a question, she was quick to answer and helpful.

Homey open concept home where you van listen to the river while you take a dip in the cedar hot tub. I also enjoyed the deep soaking tub, closeness to the Von Trappe Famiky Lodge, and the milk brother for my morning coffee.

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. Another review said it was more beautiful than the pictures and I agree! The home and space was so serene even though it was a bit rainy. Amazing Stay for My 30th Birthday Weekend! I stayed at this house with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, welcoming, and exactly as described. The space was cozy but spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals together super easy, and the common areas were perfect for hanging out, playing games, and making memories. The host was super responsive and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The location was also great—peaceful and private, yet still close enough to shops and activities. We all had such a fun and comfortable stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate. Highly recommend this place for group getaways or special occasions!

We stayed at Karina's condo for 4 days and loved it! It's close to Fenway Park, subway trains, restaurant's, & local markets. Behind the unit is a beautiful path/park (Southwest Corridor Path) that leads you toward city center. Highly recommend this route if you're exploring the city by foot. We also loved the bathroom shower! We would stay here again & highly recommend!

Diane was amazing to work with and very helpful and responsive! The condo was beautiful, clean, cutely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location with so much to do within walking distance. Highly recommend. We are already looking to go back next year for our yearly Hampton Beach getaway.

You cannot beat the location with this rental. We love coming to Willard Beach with our pup, and when our old go-to BNB stopped renting we were so worried we wouldn’t find another. But this condo worked out so perfectly in terms of location (across the road from both Scratch Bakery and Willard Scoops, comfortable walk to the beach with several entrance options) and the actual comfort of the condo itself. The proximity to the beach was really a plus for us, as we didn’t have to get up as early to make the dog friendly beach hours! Host is responsive, and any household items (eg. soap, coffee filters) that were missing from the condo we could easily run down to get from Hannaford. The downsides: It is on a second floor walk up, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Hand railing is odd too. Bit pricey, couldn’t swing a full week this time around as the price shot up dramatically when I added Friday to the duration. But overall, really lovely!

It was a lovely little beach condo with a balcony that had ocean views and a pool. It was just as I expected. Anything I needed I could find in her place. It was quiet since it was on the end of the board walk. I would rent it again.

It was a real pleasure to be in this place, I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect, already looking forward to going back next time.
