Nyt en fin opplevelse på et sted med sentral beliggenhet. Leilighet er fullt møblert med alt som trengs for et kort eller lengere opphold. Leiligheten har eget kjøkken og bad med vaskemaskin. Leilighet ligger 5 minutters gange fra sentrum, UiT, Harstad Havn hvor hurtigruten og hurtigbåt til Tromsø anløper. Gangavstand til det byen byr på, dagligvarebutikker, restauranter, uteplasser, bowling/minigolf og mye mer. Leiligheten ligger 45 minutters kjøretur fra Harstad/Narvik lufthavn, Evenes.

A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

Nice location and good bus transportation 100 meter from the house that takes you to city centre. If you prefer a walk to the city centre i takes 10-12 minutes. From the city centre you can easily take transport to get to other preferred locations. Huge supermarket 100 meter from house!

Enjoy your winter in this cozy house near the Santa Claus. Two bedrooms with four beds (Double bed and two separate beds). Santa Claus Village is only 1,5 km away and bus stop is right next to the house so you can go and enjoy Rovaniemi city center easily. Really peaceful neighborhood.
