A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

Spesielt sted som ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøk av Tromsø. Leiligheten ligger midt i sentrum, og har fantastisk utsikt fra stor balkong. Vinduer fra gulv til tak i alle rom, og utsikt til indre havn fra stue og kjøkken er helt unik. Her kan bylivet nytes, eller ta en frokost på kaikanten med fantastisk utsikt. Nice house with ideal location build in 2017, 10 minute walk from city centre. Quiet and family friendly street apart from main road. Sunny balcony in 2nd floor that faces south. Nice location and good bus transportation 100 meter from the house that takes you to city centre. If you prefer a walk to the city centre i takes 10-12 minutes. From the city centre you can easily take transport to get to other preferred locations. Huge supermarket 100 meter from house!
