We absolutely loved this apartment! It was centrally located to everything, literally a 15 min drive to most locations we visited. The apartment are just as the pictures show. It is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. We loved the gated parking, gazebo and pool. Tavoris was easy to reach & answers promptly . Hands down will book this location in the future. Literally just looked for an upcoming trip and they are BOOKED!

One of our favorite parts was the patio, which overlooks the pool and made for a perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The location was also a huge plus—there’s a good taco joint right in the building! Walking distance to NRG. Super convenient and delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay. Would definitely come back.

Ash’s place was great for a quick trip to Houston. It’s a very spacious 2/2 apartment in a nice neighborhood. There wasn’t any toilet paper upon our arrival. I messaged the host asking where I could find the toilet paper, thinking maybe I just missed it. I didn’t get a response but theres a Walmart and Randall’s around the corner so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience. I also noticed there’s no deadbolt on the front door. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for our stay, but something to make note of if that’s important to you.

It's a beautiful, large, top-floor condo with balcony overlooking the pool, and close to the Houston Medical Center. There's nothing else I could find that is this good in the area. And Joseph's very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend it and we'll likely stay there during future visits.

We had a great stay at Sharif’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful, honestly even better than the photos. Everything was super convenient, and the rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue checking in with the door lock, but Sharif was super responsive and helped us out within minutes, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for our event at NRG Stadium—it was walkable or just a super quick drive, and being right around the corner from the parking lot made things even easier. We loved our stay and will definitely be back next time we’re in town for an event! 5 STARS!!!!! <3

I am a frequent traveller to Houston, every other 2 months since 2020. Have stayed in different locations, hotels and airbnbs since then. First things first, there is absolutely no other better location than citycenter - walkable, safe, clean, fun, lots of stores, restaurants, close to the main gateways (I-10, Sam Houston, HW6) therefore in 30min you can explore Houston 360o. In regards to the property, it js simply in the best multi-familiy building in this region. And trust me, in Houston it has a value! As the most diverse city in America you can experience from the best to the worst at the same floor. But this one is 100% guarateed peace, kindness, education. Inside, clean, confortable, good space, appliances and the mains products you may need for a week stay. Super recommended!!! Will definetely come back on my upcoming city visits!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay. Her home looked as listed. Comfortable, spacious, clean and the backyard with the pool was wonderful! We spent the majority of the days soaking up the rays and pretending we were back in the Caribbean. This experience was just what the doctor ordered! Body, mind and spirit recharged! Best thing about this place is the location! Location was great for me

Ola was very responsive and flexible with last minute requests. The exercise space was well used by our son daily! The neighborhood is not very walkable, but less than a 10 minute drive to Sugarland town square.

Our experience at Nick and Natalie’s home was incredible . The house was exactly described and was perfect for our family. All of the amenities was perfect and the small touches that made it special . From welcoming us with chocolate and snacks, to helping us by providing packing prays for the baby, and clear communication, I would recommend them for anyone in the future.

Anh is an amazing host - humble, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay easy, especially with our child who had recent surgery. His kindness and consideration made a huge difference. Wonderful Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Relaxing! Y’all, this place was super clean and very well organized. I don’t know what kind of laundry detergent they use, but it’s amazing — the sheets and towels were bright white and smelled so fresh. A few recommendations to make the stay even better: Provide more towels and a few extra blankets Add an iron and ironing board downstairs Consider upgrading the cookware and prep utensils The grill could use some attention — we weren’t able to use it during our stay That said, my family and I absolutely loved our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend!
