It is a combined micro cabin-sauna with three sleeping places (bring mattress and sleeping bag). Can be used as a cabin on the water with a bathing jetty and sauna. You live very close to nature, bird life and you have the fish below you. It comes with a rowboat, SUP board and there are canoes available in the summer half year. Cook on the wood stove and enjoy long evenings with sunset and coziness. A must try!

Artist Fisherman - Cabin on the Water #9

Originally built in the late 19th century, this traditional rorbu is part of Lofoten’s long fishing heritage. Rorbuer have been used since the 1700s to house seasonal fishermen during the famous cod fisheries. Today, the cabin has been carefully updated to offer modern comfort while preserving its historic character and connection to the sea as an important part of the norwegian culture.

There are great hiking trails just outside, and you can catch fish from the dock. It is possible to pay and go out to sea with a big boat, or buy fishingcards for the waters abowe.
