Monthly Rentals in Norwood Park, Chicago

Brad was very friendly and extremely responsive to issues and questions. The location of this flat on the middle floor of his three-flat complex was perfect for our venue! His place was as pictured and very nice. I wasn't able to control the thermostat and room temperature from my flat though, and Brad did his best to accommodate our temperature needs by adjusting the centrally-controlled complex thermostat located in his flat above us where he resides. This type of thermostat setup was a first-time experience for me in an Airbnb rental or in any other hotel or house or apt or resort I've rented over the years during my travels.

Rafal and Ivonna are great hosts. Apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean, newly remodeled, has nice modern furniture. Comfortable bed with nice cotton linen and adequate blankets. Shower is strong. We didn't use kitchen except a teakettle and coffee press. Ivonna was so sweet - she gave us a pitcher of whole milk for our coffee. And last but not least - the apartment is just 5 min walk from a metro station. We'd stay there with great pleasure should we visit Chicago again.

Karna was very helpful with check-in and responsive to all questions. The place was very well organized and well maintained.

Everything from the details was exactly as described, wonderful location with easy access to everything, host was extremely responsive and offered wonderful local suggestions, home was clean and had everything we needed during our stay, and the backyard play area for the children was an awesome addition to help us feel like we were at a home away from home! We will definitely be booking again for our next trip!
