Beautiful country house with swimming pool, located on the hills of Noto. The property is perfectly integrated into the wonderful surrounding landscape, surrounded by olive and almond trees. It consists of a large living/kitchen area with a wood-burning oven for pizzas, a reading room, two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. At the back of the house there is a large patio shaded by a beautiful ficus australis, complete with an outdoor shower and barbecue.
