This charming 30 m2 2-room apartment on the 1st floor, facing south with a 10 m2 terrace, is located next to the Albertville Olympic ice rink, in a quiet and secure residence with a private parking space, close to shops, train and bus stop. It consists of a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom, a bedroom with a king-size bed. The BZ sofa offers an extra bed. Lingerie and towels are provided. Have a comfortable stay!

Enjoy a comfortable stay, 200 m from Albertville train station and close to the city center. Fully equipped, freshly renovated, 60 m2. A bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room/kitchen with comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house, and has a fully independent entrance. We are available if needed, but if not, you will have total privacy and tranquility.

The Deruaz studio

Charming studio on the ground floor of a Savoyard house. The listing is located in a dead end with little traffic. The sunny terrace faces south, overlooking the large garden of the house. Nestled in the heart of mountains and lakes, you will discover a multitude of outdoor activities. Please note that we do not accept dogs, even small ones. Thank you for your understanding.
