Apartment very well located, close to several tourist attractions! You can walk to most of the central areas, due to the location it has a slight urban noise but nothing too much, only bothering if you want to sleep until later. At the most I highly recommend, well equipped, clean and with very attentive porters!

Leca was very helpful, trying to respond promptly to what we requested, as we had the internet interrupted and the gas ran out. The apartment is nice, although its location is on a very noisy stretch of street and of intense traffic.

This place was amazing! I would have stayed here for the shower alone! Great pressure and lots and hot water from above! Located within so many great restaurants and bars and still you have peace and quiet at night. All appliances are modern, plenty of space with a great comfortable bed. Best of all Isadora is a wonderful host. She used to call this apartment home and by the thoughtful touches, it shows!

Starting with fast and effective communication: we asked for flexibility at checkout and we were able to combine it in order to take advantage of it until the last day. Not to mention the reception team that welcomed us with joy and solicitude from check-in to check-out: the business card of the people of Minas Gerais that we will remember with affection. The apartment, with large windows and a balcony, received both morning and afternoon sun, and the high floor provided a wide view of the neighborhood. Even with a lot of sun, the air conditioning worked very well. We worked with the apartment's wifi, which reached all the rooms. In the end, being so close to important points of the city and great bars and restaurants, I feel that we did not enjoy the apartment as much, and in the next stays in the city we will definitely return to this one. It is difficult to beat the good location, service and comfort.

It was an amazing first experience to stay with Risia, she was extremely solicitous, enlightening and respectful during our communication. The Studio is exactly the same as the photos, bath and bedding were clean and smelling. The space is impeccable, organized and stocked with all the utensils that are indispensable for its use. Check in and check out super quiet.

I stayed a week at this place. It's a very big house with a huge garden both front and back. It was quiet and close to the things I needed (gym, bakery, restaurants) and just a bus ride away from the center or the hills. Recommend.

Great accommodation, very nice and well-guarded house, very comfortable mattresses. Bus and taxi stop at 50 m; pharmacy, supermarket and bakery at about 200 m; very close to the center, bars and restaurants.
