With breath-taking views of the valley and coast of Cobreces, the house is next to the Camino de Santiago and walking distance from Luaña beach, cliffs of Bolao and Church of Los Remedios. Comillas is reknown for its historic monuments, beautiful landscapes, natural scenery and incredible coastline. A must see if you are visiting Northern Spain.

El Chaparral, 1st Floor Balcony Apartment!

Our 2 bedroom balcony apartment forms part of our fully renovated farmhouse. The property is situated in a quiet, peaceful position on the unspoilt coastline of Cantabria.  We sit on over 13 acres so there's plenty of space to explore, relax and enjoy uninterrupted views of the Cantabrian sea and surrounding countryside. We're originally from England and we also live in a separate part of the property. We're happy to offer help and advice during your stay whilst respecting your privacy.

Cozy duplex 10 minutes from Santillana del Mar

A cozy duplex in a very good location in a very quiet residential area within the village of Quijas. It is located in a strategic point from which you can visit the main tourist attractions of Cantabria. In just 10-15 minutes you can stroll through the cobbled streets of Santillana del Mar, discover Gaudí's Capricho in Comillas or cool off on the beaches of Suances. Not to mention San Vicente de la Barquera, La Cueva del Soplao or Cabárceno, which are 20 minutes away.

The Santibañez Fountain Cottage

30 m holiday home with 730 m garden. A fully independent and enclosed property with very good access, the house is fully equipped and decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It has a barbecue and outdoor gazebo. We are 50 m from the Santibañez fountain (you must try its water) and 15 minutes from Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, Santillana del Mar and the Saja Reserve Natural Park. The town of Cabezon de la Sal is 3 km away.

70m2 apartment divided into a large living room/kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Own terrace of more than 30m2 to enjoy the countryside. This historic mansion is located in the center of the small but cozy village called Novales located in a small valley surrounded by mountains, it has a Mediterranean microclimate that is very beneficial for certain crops such as citrus fruits and therefore, it is also known as "The town of lemons". The village is 8 km from the town of Santillana del Mar, 7 km from Luaña beach, 11 km from Comillas and 10 km from A-8 Torrelavega-Santander.

With extra air conditioning for guests who hire it: €10 for periods of 4 hours in a row between 12:00 and 21:00 (up to a maximum of 29/30 degrees). A nest in the mountains

Tucked on a wild fertile mountain a 400 year old barn was renovated by artists with natural materials. It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.

This place is perfect for resting since we are sorrounded by nature and also many interesting places that allow us to easily combine the great variety of activities that Cantabria offers.
