Apartment for 4 people in Novalja, Samorašnji put 17B. Close to the beach and the center. Balcony overlooking the sea. Completely renovated in 2024. It has 2 air conditioners. It consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom. It has about 33 m2, free Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning and a barbecue in the yard. In the bedroom there is a double bed for two people and in the living room there is a sofa that can be pulled out into a bed for two people. It is about 200 m away from the beach and the bus station for Zrće. The center is 750 m away.

Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Aby ste aj pri neskorom príchode boli bez starostí, v apartmáne nájdete v chladničke vodu na osvieženie, kapsule na kávu na prvé ráno a v kúpelni jednorázový sprchový gél.

Our apartment is settled in a great location, on a seafront, only 50 meters from the beach. Town center is a minute walk. This is a one bedroom apartment with living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and big terrace. Interior space has a total of 44 square meters, with 20 square meters of terrace. In the bedroom, we have a double bed of 180 cm width and a single bed. There's a sofa bed in the living room where two can sleep, if necessary. Equipped with air-conditioning, wi-fi, tv.

It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and furnished to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a terrace table. The islands PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.

The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.
