Holiday rentals with a patio in Nové Mesto

Martin was a fantastic host! His home is beautiful, with a stylish modern and minimalist design. The location is incredibly convenient, being just below the castle. We enjoyed walking up to the castle in the evening to watch the sunset. There's also a great selection of restaurants nearby, offering Chinese, Western, and Korean cuisine, and several supermarkets are within an easy 10-minute walk. Highly recommend!

Thank you very much Kristian! Place is exactly with the photos, very clean, spacious! Only thing is the wifi is very slow! But nonetheless everything is there needed for the stay! Full kitchen with all the basics you need for cooking, even with some food you can cook. Thanks for the free bottle of Wine Kristian! Balcony has a great view! Highly recommended! Only few mins to tram stations, a lot of shops nearby! Great deal with the booking price! Highly recommended!

Lenka was very proactive and flexible with my not exact timing of check in. I love the place, so silent and the big balcony is definitely plus . All was smooth and lovely , really enjoyed how silent and peaceful the place was.

A modern and clean apartment in a great location!

It was our 2nd visit and everything was without problems. It is an excellent accommodation in an excellent location. I can only recommend.

Marek's place was all-around wonderful; location, view, amenities, communication. The place was spotless, the bed comfortable, the balcony with table and chairs a lovely place to sit at the end of the day and look at the lit-up castle. We went to an Indian restaurant (Mr Bharat & Bakchus) nearby on our first night and had some delicious food in an amazing atmosphere. We would absolutely recommend staying at Marek's place.

The location was amazing very convenient, everything in close proximity. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Tuncay was very welcoming and friendly, quick to responses. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

The place was very nice. On the terrace, we enjoyed lunch with a view of the garden, we could pick cherries from the tree and enjoy the onions and herbs. We traveled with 3 friends and each had her own bed, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was very well equipped, a washing machine and a dishwasher were available. The accommodation has air conditioning and a beautiful bathroom. Thank you for your stay.

Practical house close to bus station to Vienna airport. Quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of the old town. Fully equipped house. Great kitchen, two bathrooms. Everything worked well. Beds in 1 room (downstairs) were too hard, the beds in the other rooms were fine. We would have preferred to have more towels. We received 1 towel per bed in regular size for 3 nights.

We loved the house! Everything is clean, there are all the necessary things, dishes, appliances. There is a cozy treehouse, slide and trampoline in the yard. It was paradise for a child. For adults - grill and covered gazebo. We had a great few days at this house. The only disadvantage is the iron road next to it and the constantly peaking barrier! And quite a large stream of cars past the house!

This house was the perfect place for our group of four adults. Its modern look made us feel like we were in our own residence. The neighborhood is super quiet and that's what we were looking for.

Beautiful new apartment complete with everything, but really everything, and very clean excellent garden with excellent privacy Very quiet and brand new area with parking in front of the house. The distance from the center of Bratislava is about 20 km, for me there are no problems but it is to be evaluated. Jarmila is fantastic, very kind and always ready to answer you. The only thing to note is that for animals there is a supplement of €20 which is not mentioned in the listing, probably an oversight.

We lived in this apartment for a month with a small child. The location of the apartment is very good, the proximity of the beautiful Aupark shopping center, a great transport junction. There are several supermarkets nearby. The apartment is perfectly equipped with appliances, there is everything you need. The hosts are wonderful people, it was very pleasant to communicate with them. We will definitely return to this quiet, cozy apartment.

Everything is in perfect order, quick responses

Great accommodation, pleasantly furnished, we felt at home. I appreciate the bathroom amenities and the cleanliness of the entire apartment. A big plus is really prompt communication. Parking is right next to the house for several cars. I definitely recommend it.

We have stayed here before so we know the apartment and it gives us exactly what we need. It is comfortable for short and long periods.

Very nice appartement, with the center and a nice mall for groceries all in a walkable distance. Lots of public transport access for the things that are a little farther away. But more than anything, lovely hosts ! Milan and his wife are extremely nice, helpful and responsive, they made the journey a lot easier !
