An additional separate toilet is also available for your convenience. The fifth guest can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living area. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area provides a generous and relaxing space for spending quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, microwave, and a combined refrigerator with freezer, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the living area, you can enjoy breathtaking sea views that invite you to relax and dream. There is 25 m² swimming pool to enjoy the Croatian sunshine to the fullest.  This charming apartment is located in Novi Vinodolski, across from the island of Krk. The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.
