Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Noyen-sur-Sarthe

What a lovely find! Stayed here for the week of Le Mans 24H and this little place was so wonderfully peaceful and comfortable. The host was very friendly and extremely quick to reply when I had a question. The amenities were perfect and the town was sweet. Not too far a walk to the closest bus stop to get into town (about half a mile), which was a great bonus!

Very functional and well-equipped accommodation. Quietly located not far from the Le Mans circuit where I had to go. The space has everything you need.

Nothing to complain about. I only stayed there for 3 nights but the accommodation is very nice and consistent with the photos. I recommend it.

Long weekend in May, 3 families with young children. Fabrice and Gaëlle were perfect! Great communication upstream, very responsive and pleasant. It is their primary residence in the original spirit of Airbnb, all belongings, toys, games are made available. The 6 cats are adorable, the garden and all the children's games as well as the plancha and the ball court make it a great place for a relaxing time.

I had an excellent time. Perfect location with the park at the door step and a few minutes walk from the town centre. The flat is pretty and functional : offers exactly what you need. The weather was outstanding so I was even able to have my breakfast at the terrace. Wonderful! But what makes it even better is the customer service of the host : she genuinely cares to give you the best possible experience. I can only recommend!

A cozy little cocoon, ideal for staying cool in this season. The inner courtyard brings a real charm and creates a peaceful atmosphere where you feel good. The apartment is perfectly equipped, which makes you want to extend your stay there for a few more days.

We had a great stay at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the botanical garden so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with the windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!
