Holiday rentals with a patio in Nuevo Arraiján

This was as described. It was a great location, with nice views. I was a solo traveller so I was only there to rest/sleep & cool off from the warm weather when needed. It was comfortable & most everything was walkable. The noise was moderate and being rooftop helped keep it more peaceful. I would recommend this place when coming to the area.

Our recent stay at this apartment in Panama City was truly exceptional. The place itself was amazing and confortable. This apartment isn't just a place to stay; it's an experience that perfectly combines comfort, style, and unbeatable access to everything you'd want to see and do in Panama City. I think our stay here was one of best stays with Airbnb of all time. The location in Casco Viejo was great for walking or a short Uber ride and we felt completely safe our whole stay. This apartment is beautiful and was very well equipped and had everything to make our stay great! The rooftop patio and plunge pool were great for relaxing after a long day of sight seeing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place in Casca Viejo! Spacious and comfortable. The check in was a little confusing, as we were buzzing and no one opened the door for several minutes. The lockbox number was also not included in the check in instructions. However, Angie was very kind in letting us store our luggage after check out! Definitely recommend for the primo location and value for money.

Nice big place, with lots of space. The bottled water and coffee was nice to have when we arrived. It would be nice if the main bedroom had a bigger, queen size bed, but we made it work. Beautiful neighborhood that was very quiet, except for loud barking dogs next door that started early every day. Supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. Overall was very good.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos — not very big, but perfect for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was easy and straightforward, and the check-in instructions were clear and simple. The apartment was very clean overall; only the floor had a bit of dust. The kitchen has basic equipment, enough to prepare simple meals. Towels and bedding were provided, and the bed was comfortable. The building is very new (it even felt a bit empty during our stay), and it’s located just a few blocks from Casco Viejo. However, the immediate surrounding area feels quite local and can seem a little less safe, especially at night, with some dimly lit streets. While we walked to and from Casco Viejo at night without any issues, solo female travelers might prefer to stay in a more central or lively area. That said, we had a great experience overall and really appreciated the space.

Israel is an excellent host, he was flexible with our check in and the accommodation is a charming, comfortable and spacious place. I would come back here again

Excellent Location with plenty of activities within walking distance. Responsive and Flexible Hosts. The kitchen was well appointed and equipped and we loved our morning drinks on the balcony. I just wish there were another bed to bring my friends along! Overall, we loved the place and the hosts were fantastic.

Excellent location, it is a very safe residential neighborhood and super close to everything, especially the shopping centers where you can shop, 100% recommended.

Don Gerardo was an amazing host. He picked my family and I up from the airport and welcomed us to his place with a cake which he did not need to do at all. He went above and beyond by offering us advice on local spots and attractions and completely changing the washing machine when the last one had issues. He was very attentive and welcoming to my elderly parents. He even drove my daughter back home from the airport after dropping her off there (one hour round trip) as she had forgotten something important at his place. The house was huge and exactly what my family and I needed. There were no issues at all from the house apart from the aforementioned washing machine which he rectified immediately when we were out of the house. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a big family to stay in Gerardo’s place. He is just an amazing guy and super super host . Highly recommended

The house was perfect for our boys trip. The bed were good and the pool was a lifesaver. The beach is steps away from the house and the check in and out was easy. Roy was very helpful with all our questions and was super proactive about recommending local eats. We enjoyed our time and will be back with our family’s .

Lilia Esther, welcomed as warmly late in the evening. The personal caring touch felt great after a very tiring day. We had to leave very early in the morning again. I can really recommend this place for a short stay at the airport.

just loved this place. the location is great. the room was large and funky. i liked all the organized controls. it even had a projector rather than a tv! zero issues and i would love to stay here again.

An unforgettable experience! Steve’s well equipped apartment was clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. But what made it special was its location. It is located on a long narrow causeway (Amador) that connects 2 islands to the mainland. His apartment has a wall of glass windows and sliding patio door that overlooks the channel where boats enter the Panama Canal. Fabulous to watch from inside AND outside on the patio and rooftop deck. If you comfortable with using public transportation, there are local bus stops on the causeway that will take you to the main terminal of transportation to any place local or long distance. That causeway is wonderful. Safe, family friendly, lovely for a cooling evening stroll.

This place was great. As other reviewers have mentioned, the area close to the building may seem sketch but it's just empoverished. People in the area are nice and keep to themselves. Everything needed is within walking distance and the apartment itself is extremely peaceful ✌️.

The views the best. The large and comfortable depto. Comfortable beds, good pillows, sheet, mattress. spacious bathroom, 3 air conditioners. parking that allowed to go everywhere. You could walk to the old town and the coast but to the back it didn't seem the best area of the city, although we walked to take the subway 2 blocks away or buy pizzas in the back block and while at night (dark early) it seemed ugly, never any problems or hear anything that suggests what is dangerous. I could go back quietly to rent with Rafael on an upcoming visit to Panama

Esteban’s place has amazing views of ships going through the Panama Canal. It’s a very easy walk to the Amador Causeway, Smithsonian Park and other attractions. Esteban was there to check us in and was always available to answer any questions!!!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Casco Viejo! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the old town and close to everything I needed, including restaurants, cafes, shops, and historic sites. It was super convenient to walk around and explore without needing a car. The host was also fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the quick communication and warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Panama City and want to be in a vibrant, walkable area.
