Jazz was very helpful and provided clear and easy instructions about the stay. the property is clean, modern and well equipped for an easy stay.

Lovely little en-suite room with easy access and generous driveway. Lovely quiet location and easy to find. Comfy bed, lots of tea and coffee available too.

A centrally located apartment perfect for a walk into Market Harborough with its independent shops, theatre and places to eat. The apartment is spacious with a large balcony. Just as it appears in the photos.

Great to stay at the Annexe again, everything I need and perfect place for the University. Jan is a responsive friendly host who kept in contact about relevant things throughout.

The birds nest was even better than the photos great views from the accommodation Great amenities spotlessly clean Sarah was a great host easy to message and always replied promptly. We cannot recommend the Birds Nest highly enough really enjoyed our stay Keith and Ann

I had a great stay at Richard's in the annex in his garden. It was spacious, clean, light and very well-equipped and furnished. It was private and had parking on his drive and I could even do some washing when needed. The location was perfect - walkable to town in around 15-20 minutes and with countryside walks right on your doorstep. Farndon Fields Farm Shop and cafe/restaurant is really good and only a 2-minute walk away. Also, a convenience store/Post Office, fish and chip shop and launderette were only a 5-minute walk away. Richard was very helpful and approachable if need be.

We had a wonderful week at Hen House. It was a lovely, comfortable place and had everything we needed. The house and surrounding area are beautiful and so peaceful. Couldn’t wish for more. And our hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Wow, what an amazing apartment. Super-modern with top class finish and fittings. Perfect ‘home from home’ after a long day at work. Can’t wait to book again.

Very good location, easy to find, the house is very practical, it is the style I like, the sofa in the living room is very soft, thank you for the various small items provided by the landlord

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

The host was very responsive all the times, and accomodating to my requests. The place is worth every penny. Walkable from the City Centre. Recommended.

Great location, lots of space, very clean. Ignore the Airbnb photos, the place looks 10x better. The host should get some new photos.

We hebben genoten van het verblijf in het appartement van Allen. Alles bij de hand, geweldige locatie. Zeer korte loopafstand van de kathedraal, waar we naar een festival gingen, en ook dichtbij het centrum met historische gebouwen, maar ook winkelcentra en restaurants. Allen was flexibel en snel in reageren toen wij iets later aankwamen omdat we verkeerd waren gereden. Het gratis parkeren vonden we echt een voordeel en ook de schoonmaak die bij de prijs in zit. Al met al een echte aanrader, zeker als je een onderkomen zoekt dat dichtbij het historische centrum ligt.

Mr.Lucky is a real gentleman. He is very polite and helpful. This accommodation is warm and cozy with great speed wifi. nothing complain in this price，a great AirBNB that I will come back.

Nice place. Ease of access to city cente. Bod is very cooperative and nice person to help in all the days in stay.

I would suggest anyone coming to Coventry to try this place especially when you are looking for close by place to city center and a humble host to welcome and serve you.
