This was our second time staying at Diana’s place. She is always so kind, helpful, and communicative. We had an issue with the hot water (a breaker) and they were able to get it taken care of immediately. Diana also allowed me to alter my reservation when I had to leave a bit early for a family emergency. The Airbnb itself is large enough for a family, comfortable, and close to Beckley, the new river gorge, and anything else you may need. Diana and her brother are excellent hosts and we will be using this place for our yearly visit to the Beckley area. Thanks for the great stay, Diana!

This is our third time staying here, and it won’t be our last. Harry’s place is great for us, started coming here when it was just us, and now we have our baby with us too. I will say, the bed isn’t very comfortable. But the couch is comfy!

This was not our first stay at Hillbilly Hideaway and it won’t be the last. We feel right at home and we love feeling like we are staying with friends! It’s always the little details that make a big difference. I appreciated not having to do much to check out. I had my clothes on for church and all that was required for us to check out was to strip the linens and that definitely made it easier! I recommend Hillbilly Hideaway without hesitation!

Shane’s house was a perfect spot for a family of six and a couple of dogs to share for a weekend getaway. After a long and adventurous day, the house was perfect to come back to for some rest. What a beautiful property! The views from this cabin are breathtaking, especially in the morning with the fog in the mountains. The cabin is incredibly cozy, rustic and eccentric. It has a personality all of its own and you can tell it is very well loved. Comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower. Everything felt and looked clean. The hosts were very responsive and we met Alan when he was tending to the chickens - he is so friendly and great for conversation! New River Gorge National Park and Fayetteville are within 15 minutes of this cabin, along with all the fun activities. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting this area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
