Stone patio on lake. 5 miles to Furniture Market and High Point Hospital. 10 miles to Greensboro Coliseum! Built in 2019 above my home. Parties/additional guests are not allowed.

Welcome to your roomy home away from home in HP. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, there’s plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Enjoy a spacious kitchen, complete with large island and dining area. Unwind on the large screened porch complete with ceiling fan & comfy seating that overlooks enclosed yard. With covered carport and ample parking, convenience is key. We’re just minutes away from HPU, Furniture Market Week events, Oak Hollow Lake and Golf Course, and the International Jazz Fest.

Relax with the whole family at our cozy and peaceful place tucked a way in a nice neighborhood with plenty of outdoors space. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 15 minutes to High point downtown and High point university. If you wish to venture outside of High Point, Winston Salem and Greensboro are a short commute less than 25 minutes away. It’s also less than 10 minutes to Oak hollow lake park where you can enjoy boating, skiing, sailing, fishing, and Golf Course nearby.
