Holiday rentals with a patio in Oak Park

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

We loved our stay here! The location of our stay was amazing, all the touristy areas, grocery stores, and restaurants were within a 10-minute drive. The house itself was extremely clean, and we loved the LV design and the thoughtful details throughout the house. Cassy is very responsive and is very helpful with everything. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again when I return to LA!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mila’s place. She was very responsive and always replied quickly. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and has a very cozy backyard. We were staying with our dog and really appreciated how convenient it was to let both our daughter and the dog play safely in the backyard. There’s a train that occasionally passes behind the yard, but during our 3-day stay, I didn’t hear it at all — only saw it once. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

The property is wonderfully located for someone looking to be in nature and still have great comforts. The studio apartment is connected to the owners home and is oriented in a way that gives all round amazing views and sliding doors full open access to a full patio and a cool breeze. Just amazing.

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

Had a fantastic stay with hubby at Kimberly's Simi Valley guest house! Such a spacious, bright and comfortable place (OMG, that bed!!! YES!). Very private with easy parking and a wonderful and relaxing patio (with outdoor water feature). The office/utility area was great for keeping on top of work stuff; fast wi-fi was a bonus. Kimberly was so sweet and communicative during our stay and I hope we left the place as expected. I will DEFINITELY stay here again when my family has another event (mom lives around the corner). Very nice home and clean inside and out like the pictures shown. Todd was very accommodating with our stay and parking our vehicles were able to be park on the driveway close to the home which was one of my concerns with our work truck and the neighbor was good too. This home would be our first choice when stay in the area next time.

Meghan and Viktor were great hosts. The house was very clean and was furnished ideally for a family holiday. The back yard had great activities (darts, fussball table) for older kids. Hiking, shopping and restaurants are all within a short distance. The beach and Camarillo outlets are only a 30 min drive. The AC worked great, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for hosting a small dinner party. The hot tub was exceptionally clean and a lovely way to unwind after a busy day. The attention to detail in the accomodation was noticeable, which is why I can highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to enjoy activities in the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley.

Todd is an amazing host. His place was beautiful, clean, and with a great outdoor area. Todd also provided frequent and clear instructions to make the process as smooth as possible.

Place was nice and clean pool was warm hot tub was hotter and it was a great little get away! Awesome house for a good group of people.

I was quite impressed with the home. The home was as depicted, clean, comfortable and quite relaxing. Bedding is comfortable as well. The immediate area is quiet with an array of restaurants and shopping near by. Minutes from the expressway. Lisa is a wonderful host, professional yet personable. She left simple instructions and was available to respond to any concerns. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Hidden gem! There is something pretty special about this place. We will definitely be back. We rented the pool house but there is also a carriage house available for rent. My boys had so much fun waking up and going and playing outside. They kept themselves entertained by playing in the tennis courts, exploring the beautiful grounds, swimming in the pool. At night, they went in the jacuzzi and we sat and looked at the stars. Our oldest daughter was getting married down the street and this location was just so perfect. I realized we honestly could’ve had the wedding there had we found it sooner. The hosts were amazing and made us feel like we were home. It is the perfect place to have an event and also be able to stay on the premises.

The home is very beautiful and clean! Very spacious rooms. The backyard is nicely kept and clean. Even with the house looking so nice, this home is very kid friendly.

PHENOMENAL! My stay exceeded all expectations in this musical time capsule. This smart home had exciting & inviting energy. My daughter and I felt right at home with all the wonderful amenities. A large plush bed, fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking/baking needs, washer & dryer in condo, comfortable couches, but I'd have to say our favorite was the 360 view from rooftop pool. Relaxing in the hot tub at night and enjoying the panoramic skyline of the city was breathtaking. Peter's quick responses and solutions to all my questions was a huge plus. I think the only minor drawback was the parking garage being across the street, but its a short 2-5 minute walk. I recommend this lovely location to anyone and would most definitely stay here again. Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Great place to stay, very clean and spacious comfortable beds. quiet too.there were 3 of us and it was great that we had our own bathrooms. We didn't have a car so used Ubers, there isn't much around walking distance as it's a residential area. there is parking if you have a car. very easy to get to west LA from there. very good value.

The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!

Great location. Safe and gated parking. The property was nice, very spacious and well equipped.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Great location, near Westwood restaurants and walkable to campus. Plenty of street! parking.

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
