Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Oakland

We had a wonderful stay at this super cute, comfortable property. It was walkable to everything we wanted to do in Berkeley. Great neighborhood! And Dustin was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again in the future!

I’ve stayed here twice and would happily stay again, beautiful clean house in a quiet area, close to shops, parking and can walk to train station.

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

Very peaceful space, great for an opportunity to get lots of rest. Host was super responsive to our needs!

My family has stayed in many Airbnbs and this was one of the best. The place has a zen feel to it, and it’s very comfortable and spacious. It is very thoughtfully decorated with cool artwork and very nice furniture. Also very clean and well taken care of, and feels much more like a cozy home than a rental. The backyard is very relaxing and has a great view of the bay. I stayed here with my wife and 3 kids and we would definitely do so again in the future. Thanks for having us!!

This space is a gem! I wish I could've stayed longer. Yufen & Biren were very responsive & communicative about a minor booking issue on my end & allowing me to arrive right at check-in. There was a delay with the cleaning service and again they were super communicative about that. The unit is spacious as a split level. I didnt cook but loved the full kitchen & dining area. The sleeping area was spacious, comfy bed. my favorite part of the whole unit was the bathroom. lots of attention to detail & decor. West Oakland BART is close by & a comfortable walk IMO. Thank you again. I will be back. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Place has everything you could possibly need and Julienne is a great host. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Ashley’s studio suite was very comfortable, clean, neat, and tidy, quiet, and has many great amenities including a nice size kitchen. It was perfect for morning coffee, breakfast and evening appetizers. We opted to have most of our meals out. The sheets (so soft) and towels were fluffy white and high quality. The Queen bed was very comfortable. The studio is located within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants. We had two amazing dinners at Almanac Brew company and Saltbreaker. Yum! We Uber’ed to Yoshi’s for dinner and a show. Fabulous! Thank you Ashley for sharing your sweet vacation property. Diane & Mark

Stayed at Oriel’s place during a recent trip to Palo Alto and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The space looks just like the photos, everything feels fresh and nicely upgraded, with thoughtful touches throughout. There’s even a small patio that was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. It’s in a great location too, just a short drive to Stanford and close enough to everything without feeling too busy. Oriel was super communicative, especially when some construction started next door. He went out of his way to have them hold off while I finished an important video call, which I really appreciated. All in all, it was a great stay. Loved the space, loved the hospitality, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Visiting from North Carolina

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this property. The area is very quiet and peaceful, and convenient parking is available on-site. Karen was exceptionally attentive and responsive throughout our stay—she always replied promptly whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The room actually bigger than how it looks in pictures. The house was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, featuring a fully stocked kitchen, a coffee maker, and complimentary snacks, which we greatly appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and the room also included a smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

I am so grateful for my stay in Dylan And Alex's place! It was clean, safe, quiet, easy to check in, and easy to check out. I was able to walk everywhere - grocery, restaurants, and all types of stores within walking distance. Dylan and Alex are so friendly and proactive to be helpful. I loved Albina's place. It was so perfect for what we were looking for. It was cute, easy to find, easy parking and just so lovely. The highlight was the view. The bedroom window looked out to the city and the ocean. We never even turned the TV on since the view from the bed was just spectacular. We literally just watched the ocean and boats going by as the sunset before our eyes. The moon then came out and we went to bed just staring out at the sky. I hope to be able to stay here again. It was such a magical retreat.

The cabins were just what I was looking for to have a quiet low tech weekend. It was a perfectly peaceful little getaway tucked back on the property by the creek. The beach was so close, you could fall asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing and a super short walk to make sure you can catch sunrise/sunset. Charles was very welcoming, communicative, & extremely hospitable as he kindly extended some extra amenities to accommodate my last minute reservation. I’ll surely be back!

This little home was everything you want and more. It was a peaceful getaway with a lot to do nearby! Everything we wanted to do was within a 10-20 minute drive, with not a lot of traffic at all. The home was comfortable, cozy and quiet. The backyard was completely fenced in, which was perfect for my dog to freely enjoy sunbathing. Comfy beds, spacious living room, laundry room, outdoor seating - this place had it all! Absolutely recommend.

Cute beachy cottage, very peaceful and a short walk to an ocean view! Christina was very responsive and we had no issues finding the place or during our stay. A good distance to visit Point Reyes and Muir Woods!

Charles went out of his way to accommodate us- making sure the hot tub was warm, and that we had enough blankets to stay warm. It was wonderful to be able to come back to a hot tub, and fall asleep to the sound of the waves, after long hikes in Muir + Point Reyes. Cant recommend enough, and would definitely come back!

Charles is a lovely, responsive host. He was upfront and honest about the glamping situation and there were no surprises. The wild garden, outdoor shower, and private hot tub were what we enjoyed most. We'll definitely be back!

5 stars for the location, nestled in the redwoods just 5 min walk from Mill Valley Downtown and Old Mill Park! Comfortable beds and sofas and great spaces for working, this worked really well for our staycation. The house is an 1880s cabin so it has some charming quirks! Seth is a responsive host and you can tell that he has put his heart and soul into every detail of the space — looks exactly like the photos!
