Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a base of them), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

Jorge was super kind always , answering my message and help me with my request. And Angelica was amazing. She provide to us a very good service, I think is his mom.

Everything seemed very good, the facilities were nice and comfortable, my children loved the pool, the hot water, it was very central, everything was very tidy, continuous surveillance in the apartment, wifi. Only if I would like more cleanliness in the bedding. But I'm sure I'll be back, I was left with a very good taste in my mouth.

Staying there was comfortable, quiet and clean, with a great view,we loved it; Miguel is a great host.

The house is very spacious, in a quiet area, the subdivision can improve, but in our case we only went out to eat and we stayed enjoying the pool and the sun, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, we had a great time and we hope to return soon, the attention from Maricruz could not be better, in that aspect there is nothing more to thank her for, great place!

The house is a dream, I definitely recommend it to those looking for a quiet place with access to nature in Tepoztlán. You wake up with an incredible view of the Tepozteco and you can relax in the garden to which only you have access and it is very well cared for. The place is very comfortable and Antonio and his wife are very kind, they give you very good tips on things to do in the area, where to eat or how to get to the center (which is super fast and cheap). We took it super easy, we went up to the tepozteco one day and very quickly we got to the center and back to the house in the van. They also gave us good recommendations for ordering food, considering that in the afternoons it rained and without a car we preferred to stay in the house. The place is very comfortable and highly recommended! Armando and his wife were very attentive and quickly responded to our messages.

Everything is very good, cozy and very quiet neighborhood.

Highly recommended, it has many utensils in the kitchen as well as entertainment. We stayed in June, a season when there are many flies, so we recommend that future tenants bring insecticides or some other remedy to avoid having a bad time

The stay at Casa Los Arcos was excellent, we had a very pleasant weekend, the house had all the services, the pool was clean and with a good temperature, everything was very nice. You can tell that the house is constantly maintained, I would definitely return without thinking.

A very pleasant experience. I went with a group of friends and the space was very good, the pool was warm (if you pay for the boiler) and there was everything you needed to cook and so on. Great experience

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great. I would definitely choose it again.

The apartment was perfect for our long stay in Cuernavaca. The place is beautiful and comfortable. Showers had hot water throughout and great water pressure. Building staff were friendly and professional. Michele was super communicative during our stay. We would definitely stay again.
