Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. The 2 -room apartment is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich, with covered south-facing balcony. Living room with open fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room and hallway. You can reach the train (S-Bahn) in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It lasts - 10 minutes to eastStation, 20 minutes to Munich MainStation. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

In the middle of the city and yet so green. On the sixth floor, this pretty nest is right next to Wilrampark. The Karl-Preis-Platz subway stop is right around the corner. Kitchen and bathroom are very bright and spacious for a 1.5-room apartment. Through the gallery as a cozy sleeping area, the living room offers space for social coziness.

In-law for 2 persons. In the countryside with terrace and yet close to the city. Perfect starting point for Munich and its southern surroundings. By S-Bahn (10-minute walk), you can be in the center in about 30 minutes. The plank area is shared with the landlord. Price is for one person (+ €20 for second person/night)
