By car, it takes about 20 minutes to downtown, within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) through the greenery to the S-Bahn and regional train (approx. 25 minutes to Marienplatz or central station in approx. 15 minutes). Forest, road bike track for sports enthusiasts right around the corner

It is ideally located at the gates of Munich and is therefore the perfect starting point for all sights in Munich and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking & ski resorts easy to reach. Within walking distance (10 min) there is the S-Bahn & regional train and (via e.g. Hacker Bridge / Oktoberfest, Marienplatz, Central Station). The apartment has a kitchen, double box spring bed, bathroom, optional sauna (surcharge), Wi-Fi, smart TV, workstation / table.

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Lovely 2-room apartment with balcony / garden

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Unique and very cozy! We are happy to welcome you in our house in a suburb of Munich. You will be surrounded by forest and fields, but still you can arrive the city center in less than half an hour by train. We have recently renovated this beautiful old Bavarian house. We made a big effort to create a special and artistical studio in the attic. A silent hideout, perfect for couples. You can enjoy countrysite lifestyle and still be close to the city.

Oberhaching ~ quiet and close to the city ~ 4 people + 1

We are commuters and share our owner-occupied house, which is exclusively available to you for your stay. Oberhaching is a very quiet suburb of Munich, close to the Autobahnkreuz Süd, quickly connected to Munich by S-Bahn 3 and also the train to the mountains stops here. From our house you can walk to the train station and shopping street in 10 minutes, and Rewe in 6 minutes. We live on the edge of the forest in the middle of nature.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the hallway there is a gallery from the 1972 Munich Olympics. In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

This spacious attic apartment offers you plenty of space with 95 m2. The apartment is very stylish and impresses with the large living and dining area. From the living area, you already have a beautiful mountain view through the large sliding doors and direct access to the roof terrace. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom with natural light.

Cozy, small apartment at the foot of the Taubenberg. Ideal for active vacationers or guests of the Munich area. Quiet and idyllic location. Hikes on the Taubenberg and the Mangfall directly from the front door. Natural outdoor pool and playground 5 minutes by walk. 15 minutes' drive to Lake Tegernsee. 35 minutes' drive to Munich city center.
