There is a shower and toilet on the 2nd floor. A 2nd toilet is located on the ground floor. The kitchen is on the ground floor, as is the living room with TV and access to the terrace to the garden. Free parking is available in front of the house. The subway is about a 9-minute walk away. A place of well-being. Only the rooms described are offered, all others are not.
