Overall, the living experience this time was quite good. There are a few points to summarize. First of all, the location of the house is excellent. You can take a bus directly from Interlaken East Station. The second point is that the house is very well-equipped. You can find everything you need. The third point is that the landlord was very nice and helped us check in in advance. ​ In conclusion, if you are looking for a simple, comfortable and cost-effective place to live, this is a good choice.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! Everything was amazing

Nicolás and Kristy’s place is in such a beautiful spot, we ran into some trouble with renovations going on in the area and they were very helpful with our concerns. It was out of their hands and they still helped us out! Recommend a trip down to the little restaurant down by the river as well!! A great stay

This place is spacious, spotless, and absolutely stunning, and Mavi is such a great host. She took time to explain everything to us and all the ways to enhance our trip with lots of recommendations for fun excursions and delicious restaurants. We so enjoyed sitting on the balconies in the evening, overlooking the lake, and we even were able to catch the fireworks during the holiday weekend. What a pleasant surprise that was for us! We will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again, and we highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy beautiful Stresa on Lake Maggiore!

The stay in Merlin's "dream home" was simply fantastic and deserves the full score - a real insider tip! The accommodation is not only stylish, but also furnished with great attention to detail. The ambience is absolutely unique! I was particularly impressed by the high-quality furnishings: a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower with rain shower and the open and spacious interior design are unique. The absolute highlight was of course the private whirlpool on the roof terrace - perfect for relaxing and simply enjoying. A big thank you to Merlin, the host – super friendly, attentive and always available. You immediately notice that he cares about the well-being of his guests. I felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. We had a lovely stay! The apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Upon check-in, we received clear instructions on how to enter, which made everything easy. The apartment is exactly as described. The location is easy to find and there’s a shopping center within walking distance, which was super convenient. Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Our second trip here (last summer was the first) and still amazing. A great place away from the tourist towns of Varenna and Bellagio...amazing view and mostly locals in the town of Perledo. The view alone is worth this AIRBNB a five star. Good size apartment with everything you need from the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen. Buses were really easy to navigate. Giancarlo and Andrea were great co-hosts reaching out often to make sure we had the best possible stay.

We had very relaxing days at Katrin's, who welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was very clean and the view of the lake was beautiful! You are surrounded by a beautiful green garden, where we were even allowed to use the fresh herbs. We also liked the option to rent the two SUPs to paddle on the lake. We will be happy to come back. 🥰

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.

We had a very nice time with Rita. My 6-year-old daughter was very warmly received by Rita and taken directly to the farm. There, she is allowed to drive a small tractor. There was also a small wooden farm and other small toys in the apartment. So, for a vacation with children, it's just really nice. I can therefore highly recommend it.

We had an all-around pleasant stay! Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly and solution-oriented. We would like to emphasize how accommodating he was: a suitable solution was immediately found for every small concern. The location of the apartment is also ideal. It is very well connected to public transport, so you can easily arrive without a car and explore the area. Overall, absolutely recommended!

We were able to enjoy 3 very nice days with the lovely hosts. After a friendly welcome and a thorough check-in, we were well informed about the accommodation and all the possibilities. The accommodation is located above the village and therefore has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.
