The apartment is centrally located on the B224 with connection to the A42 and A2. Buses run nearby, everything is within walking distance and offers a connection to the train station and Messe Essen. Die Wohnung wird nur als gesamte Unterkunft vermietet und wenn auch nur ein einzelner Gast Bucht und im Wohnzimmer übernachtet, muss diese keine Sorgen machen weil das Zimmer keine eigene Tür hat. Das andere Zimmer wird nicht weitervermietet !
