Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. What is certain, however, is the enchanting effect that the village exudes. With this apartment, we tried to direct the magic of Vals directly into the hearts of visitors. Take it easy at this cozy getaway above Brigels. The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house and is a new building. It is very cozy and bright and has everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and induction stove. It is suitable for 2 people. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the house in winter and about 8 minutes in summer. In summer, the guest card with many discounts is included

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
