Very family-friendly (no traffic) located in the agricultural zone, yet within five minutes of the village center with shopping and public transport. Ideal for families and sports enthusiasts, in winter ski tours, sledding with huskies and skiing in the nearby ski resort of Stoos. Cross-country and snowshoe trails right by the house. The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Runloda farmhouse (1500 masl), located in a beautiful area of larches, is 4 km from Campo Blenio, reachable by car. The farmhouse was completely renovated in 2021. There is an attic (with 3 beds), a living floor with kitchen, dishwasher and a bunk bed, on the lower floor shower, toilet, washer and dryer. The farmhouse is heated by pellets. No smoking and no pets allowed. Tourist tax not included

Relax with the whole family and four-legged friends in this quiet accommodation. Casa Angelica is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a private fenced garden. In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
