My accommodation is well suited for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children). At about 75 square meters you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 open kitchen, 1 huge partly covered terrace, a single garage and finally a private parking space on the property. You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

Hierbei handelt es sich um eine vor kurzem renovierte, modern und gemütlich eingerichtete, ruhig gelegene 2 ½ Zimmer Nichtraucherwohnung mit 44 qm und einem großem, sonnigen Balkon im 1.Stock. Sie ist für 1 bis maximal 3 Personen ausgelegt und eignet sich z.B. für: Feriengäste, Geschäftsreisende, Dienstreisende, Durchreisende und Pendler. Eine Stromsäule für E–Fahrzeuge und eine Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Our apartment Berta's Bleibe has a spacious bedroom with a large double bed made of solid wood and a bedroom with two cozy single beds. In the living area, there is a comfortable sofa bed, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The living and dining area invites you to relax with its high-quality oak parquet floor and a cozy sitting area. The kitchen-living room offers you all the utensils you need for cooking. Absolutely! Modern one-room apartment on the golf course

Located in the idyllic Friedrichsruhe next to the golf course. With short distances to Öhringen and the Kochertal. The surroundings invite you to take small walks, for example to the best preserved piece of the Upper Germanic-Rhaetian Limes. Suitable for singles, couples, craftsmen, business travelers. The city of Öhringen with all shops is a 5-minute drive by car. The motorway entrance is 5km away and after Heilbronn and Schwaebisch Hall it is about 30km.

The apartment is located directly on the edge of the old town and thus everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical hall). The market square (known from the open-air games Schwäbisch Hall) and the Michaelskirche are only a few minutes' walk away. Just down the stairs and you're there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with its own access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.
