The house is beautiful and the kitchen is super furnished, you can cook immediately. Also the dining room is great - the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom is great, the other rooms significantly smaller, that also applies to the bathroom. But it worked. The floor creaks loudly, which was unusual, but that's just the way it is with farmhouses.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this place! The two houses that we rented with our group of 10 offered enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and offered everything we needed for our self-catering. We were able to prepare meals together without any problems and the selection of cooking options was sufficient. The highlight of our stay was the hot tubs, which were cleaned daily and thus always offered a clean and pleasant experience. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and the place is definitely recommended.

We were warmly welcomed by Grete and spent a few wonderfully relaxing days in the cottage. The quiet location and the pool with great views are a dream. There are many opportunities for beautiful hikes. The adjacent restaurant is good, but the kitchen in the accommodation is also very well equipped, so we were also able to cook well ourselves. We felt very comfortable!

We felt very comfortable, the self-catering in the spacious kitchen-living area was quite possible, with the gastronomic coffee machine (1 coffee €0.5) we made friends. In sunny weather, the dining tables outdoors are very nice (beautiful views, good air, tranquility ...) The children accounts are throughout the yard area and experience direct contact with pets. The sauna at no additional cost was much appreciated after longer hikes to relax. I spent a relaxing time at the Grimmingblick hut with my children, grandchildren and friends.

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's much nicer in reality than the pictures. Especially the large windows make the stay so special – be it at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things like salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tablets or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that he really cares about making his guests feel comfortable – thank you for that. A special extra: the pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in summer, you can look forward to a completely new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic chalet in the mountains! The location is truly unique – embedded in nature, absolutely quiet and idyllic. Just the place to unplug, enjoy the fresh mountain air and just unwind. The chalet itself even exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as described in the advertisement and pictured in the photos – if not even more beautiful. Everything was very clean, modernly furnished and in excellent condition. In particular, we would like to highlight the warm and helpful nature of the hosts. We were welcomed very friendly at check-in, everything was explained to us in peace, and even during the stay they were always available for questions without being intrusive. We didn't miss anything at all – from the amenities to the atmosphere everything was perfect. We felt right at home from the first moment.

We had a great time staying at Christian Gotthardt’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, quiet, scenic and also with good restaurants around 👍

The place is exactly what you expect from pictures - we were 2 families and had plenty of both privacy and shared space to spend time together. Apart from the fact the house was rather cold upon our arrival (the heating didn't yet heat the cold building), everything was perfect, and both Sandra and Edith (the hosts) did their best to make us feel welcome and comfy. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions and gave us local tips, too. Edith even brought us homemade cake .. simply sweet. The place is perfect for a winter retreat - cca 20 mins to Katschberg for good skiing, snow tubing hill just a few hundred meters from the house, and a safe garden behind the house. It is also well-accessible, even in snowy conditions. As soon as the house got warm, we never wanted to leave .. and the sauna after the day on the slopes was a treat .. :) Overall, we can only recommend this place, and we thank you, Sandra and Edith, once again! I hope to be back :)

Lovely, quiet chalet in a tranquil environment, set among beautiful countryside with views to match. Lots of different walks and hikes nearby and local villages within 15 mins drive, should you require them. They also provide breakfast and a home cooked meal service for the times you don't want to prepare anything. The chalet has a very nice sauna and huge ensuite bathrooms in the main bedrooms. Katharina and Andreas are the nicest, most helpful hosts you'll ever meet! I feel so relaxed after the stay. Would definitely stay again and I imagine this would be brilliant in the winter, too!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Viechtwang. The accommodation is exactly as described, located in a quiet neighbourhood in the beautiful Almtal. Veronika is a fantastic host, very friendly, responsive and happy to provide you with local recommendations.

We had 5 wonderful days in Anna and Michael's beautiful house. Everything lived up to expectations, and Anna and Michael were easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to my inquiries. I would recommend the place to anyone who wants to come to Austria.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Together with my father, I stayed at Bernadett's house for a week. The house exceeded our expectations enormously. A beautiful house in a top location. The welcome was very warm. The supermarket and several restaurants are in walking distance. The nature reserve was also close by car. All in all very satisfied!

Great place to stay, happy to come again! We had a short but very pleasant stay at the apartment on 09/06/24 for a concert visit. The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We immediately felt welcome. Communication was great and check-in went smoothly. Everything worked out perfectly, and we will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you!

It was beautiful decorated, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Well worth the fee and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

The Apartment was super!! I cannot find any words to describe better all the confort and the wonderful garden. Also the Mountain View is amaizing! We had a great time at Karin's place - the house and the garden are beautiful and great for relaxation. Karin communication well in advance with us and checked in in between.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

The accommodation is really fantastically beautiful, especially the view of the mountains and forests was simply magical through the huge window front in the living area. The bathroom cabins integrated in the rooms were also super practical for eight people, so that everyone had their own shower, a sink and a toilet. We were also very pleased that dogs are allowed - so we could take our four-legged friends with us without any problems. Beautiful hikes into nature start directly from the front door, so you hardly need the car except for shopping. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, you can simply stay indoors: the cozy atmosphere, the sauna, and the whirlpool (without bubbles) ensure perfect relaxation after a long day outside. Overall a completely successful stay – we would come back any time!
