The oldest residential building in Szentjakabfa has been renovated according to today's comfort requirements. The house harmoniously combines the cozy atmosphere of the farmhouses with the functions of a modern lifestyle. It has 3 separate rooms with private bathrooms, an indoor kitchen and a spacious summer kitchen. Thinking of those arriving with children, 2 rooms can be opened together on request.

On the lower floor of the house, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a washing machine. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and a small common area. The holiday cottage has a covered and open terrace, barbecue, crockery, and carport.

All the important rooms (kitchen, bathroom, spacious living room, bedroom) are on the ground floor, with a steep staircase to the attic leading to a more modern bedroom. It is a listed building. Accomodates max. 5 people. Nice indoor playing area for kids.
