With a sea view. Very well lit. It has two bedrooms on the lower floor and a kitchen, living-dining room and terrace with a grill (barbecue) on the upper floor. The upper part has air conditioning and a high-performance wood-burning stove. The double room has air conditioning and a French window with an exit to the front of the house. Both rooms have a closet. The house is located just 100 meters from the beach (across the street).

Cordelia Bosque is a charming house for 4 people, near the sea to spend an excellent vacation. It is fully equipped, with a heated pool and an infinity overflow, two bedrooms with full bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a barbecue grill. Inside the grounds is a separate module with two Studio rooms. These can be rented by third parties. Guests of these rooms “only” share the main entrance from the street.

Los Limoneros cottage nested in beautiful Granja JHH Henderson farm and very close to Punta del Este. It is one of five original cottages that once used to house the working men and women employed in the 111 acre farm. It is called Los Limoneros for its many lemon trees that are next to the house.
