A cozy little newly renovated cottage of about 50m2 with kitchen, bedroom, living room with sofa bed and toilet with shower. The house is located in Eggby, about 10 minutes' drive to Axevalla racecourse, Skara summerland, Varnhem monastery church and Hornborgasjön. Walking distance to swimming and proximity to nature and bike trails. 300 meters to a 24/7 store. There is 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 child's bed. Bring your own hygiene items, sheets and towels. Pets allowed. Smoking inside not allowed.

Welcome to Kvarnens mini-retreat! On a part of the cultural road called Vallevägen, you will find the charming mill building from 1929. Here you will fall asleep well to the babbling of the stream outside Kvarnen. In the area, there are hiking trails with waterfalls, caves and swimming lakes as well as a lot of art galleries and proximity to discover most cozy towns and nature reserves. Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs, there was a carpentry workshop that is now a modern TV room with Wi-Fi, amplifier, Chromecast, speaker system and projector. The shower is in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep meadow has garden furniture and a spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna is available.
