Cozy accommodation of approx. 200 m2 in a quiet environment surrounded by nature, approx. 10 km from Odense city center and 3 km from the highway. The home is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds, 2 living rooms, an entrance hall, kitchen and bathroom. There is a terrace with garden furniture attached to the home. The garden is adjacent to Langesøskoven, where there is the opportunity to ride a mountain bike (requires a forest card) or go hiking. We live in the neighboring house, about 20 meters from the home. We have horses, dogs and cats.

Our house is from 1928 and has 4 floors - the house is beautifully and soulfully decorated and with all the necessities. The house is large and spacious and is safely located in Odense C surrounded by the loveliest, sunny garden with hammock, fire pit and lots of cozy nooks as well as lovely raised terrace. 1, 2 km. meters to the train station and city center and super close to all kinds of shopping. 6 bedrooms, including two bedrooms and a bathroom in the basement, are available for groups of more than 8 people.

It is only 100 meters to the water, a fantastic outdoor terrace, lovely garden, parking right by the house and a charger for electric car. The price includes sheets, bed linen, towels, tea towels and cloths. - The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, TV with Chromecast, etc. The garden is fenced all the way around if you have your four-legged friend with you.

You will have your own entrance, terrace with grill and parking area. 500 meters to lakes for both swimming and fishing. Closes village Årslev-Sdr.Nærå, where you can find supermarkets and bakery, is 5 min by car. Checkout 11pm.
