Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

Vacation home on the edge of the forest near Heidelberg

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June–August), our sunken pool (heated by solar energy – so the water temperature depends on the hours of sunshine) in the garden can also be used.

In the middle of the forest, 2.7 km from the nearest village, you will find our tiny houses with their own plot, 20 square meter terrace with grill and furniture. Inside, next to the bed, there is a sitting area with Hukla armchairs, shower and toilet as well as TV and fridge.

Nice friendly appartment in Ober Ramstadt

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

Stay in a historic farmhouse

Kick back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation in an authentic courtyard you will find everything you are looking for to immerse yourself in a break. My courtyard consists of a total of 3 residential buildings, one of which I live in myself. I rent the large gatehouse (157 sqm living space) as well as the former servant's house (2 rooms, 67 sqm). The gatehouse includes a large summer kitchen with fireplace and two cozy bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room.

City Chillout Heidelberg Apartment, Pool & Sauna

City Chillout combines relaxation in beautiful nature with proximity to the city of Heidelberg. You will stay in a fully equipped apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the terrace and pool (May-October) or book the garden sauna (for a fee). Please note that our property is also smoke-free on the outside grounds. In 10 to 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Heidelberg. Rent a bike and conquer your Heidelberg.

Casa del Sur

Modernly furnished house with large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and everything needed to have a great and cozy time. The absolute highlight is the covered outdoor terrace with outdoor kitchen, gas grill and fireplace for charcoal grilling. Furthermore, there is a second terrace with a large awning and lounge furniture. This terrace connects directly to the 3.5 m x 7.00 m pool. Pool is open from mid-May to the end of September.

My boathouse - time out without other guests

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.

Beautifully converted apartment (former hayloft) over 2 floors with 104 square meters in an old barn. The apartment can be reached separately via an external staircase. The living room has two large skylights, so the room is flooded with light. The beautiful garden and pool can be used. The garden is behind the barn. The holiday apartment has its own parking space right at the entrance.
