You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes of peaceful walk. On the way and next to the house there are many cozy coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The house has two levels of underground parking , there is an opportunity to rent a place for a fee ! There is guest free parking near the house. Shelter in the parking lot !!
