Great and comfortable apartment near the sea. The hosts responded promptly and helped with the parking reservation. Very nice people, everything is great and comfortable.

The apartment is just perfect. Comfortable layout, quality furniture, nice house with a closed area. Nearby is the cafe Kompot, where it is delicious and inexpensive. The beach is a 15 minute walk away. A couple of steps away is a supermarket with everything you need, pharmacy, in the courtyard of Nova Poshta post office, 7 minutes by taxi to the center. Inside the apartment is perfectly clean, tidy, very cozy. There is everything you need - towels, bedding, soap, any dishes, coffee maker and capsules with coffee before it, tea. Many thoughtful little things that made our stay as comfortable as possible.

I want to publicly thank this couple of very kind and helpful hosts. I arrived in Odesa after 72 hours of bus, and Oleksandr offered to come and greet me at my bus descent, and he did. As well as being very helpful and attentive, it was very interesting to connect with him about different topics. After that, when we arrived at the residence, we were greeted by his wife who was as kind and helpful as her husband. Regarding the apartment, it is of total comfort, perfectly equipped and located, if you like the cocooning aspect, calm and the sea, then this is the apartment for you. I have never seen an apartment so well equipped, everything is really thought for the well-being of guests. There is no longer any doubt, every time I come to Odesa, I would deal with them. I love this place! Panoramic windows on the 20th floor offer a stunning view of the sea and the city. This is the case when you don't want to leave it. The apartment is stylish, clean and equipped with everything you may need (and even more). Very comfortable bed. The location is great: a residential complex under 24/7 security, a few minutes' walk to the beach, surrounded by supermarkets, cafes and restaurants for every taste. It is convenient that there is parking in case of emergency. We rented it for a few days. Communication with Tetiana is a special pleasure. She is always in touch, responds instantly and willingly meets in any matters. Only warm and positive impressions! I sincerely recommend this apartment and will gladly return here again during my next trip to Odessa. Thank you❤️❤️❤️

We spent a ten-day vacation in Irina's wonderful apartment. We are very grateful to the host for the early check-in and for allowing us to check in with the pet. When we entered the apartment, we were very impressed by its size) The apartment had everything we needed and it was very cozy for us. 👍Iryna was always in touch and answered questions. 🤗 Next to the apartment, there is a shelter, which is currently very important. Derybasivska is 10 minutes on foot. You can also take bus 203 to Langeron beach in 10 minutes. I really liked the vacation at Ms. Iryna's. We recommend staying here, you won't regret it😊👍

Ivan is a wonderful host. It is clearly not easy to travel to or around Ukraine and present and he was responsive to all of our questions which went far beyond the usual questions one might have of a host! If you are looking for somewhere to stay near Odesa, whether as a break from the city or as an out of town base from which to commute, this is excellent.

I booked this Airbnb to help someone in Ukraine. I did not stay here but was so happy to communicate with Liubov. She seems like a lovely lady and was so relieved to hear she escaped safely. Please consider helping her as well.

Everything was at the top. The house corresponds to reality. There was not enough hair dryer and no music ban after 11. Host Igor is a very good person. We had a great stay, thank you so much

A great place to relax both the soul and the body. Just what we were looking for in isolation. The house is very nice, the hostess is well thought out so that the conditions are as comfortable as possible. Everything is neat and clean. There is a courtyard with a table, where we often ate outdoors. The area is landscaped, many trees, so we did not suffer from the heat. Lovely BBQ area. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea, but the view that opens up is worth it! Beaches are just a find! There are very few people, the promenade is cleaned. Pines are growing - we often found a good shade underneath. Everything is worth the price. Thank you!

The apartment is great. Equipped with everything you require for a long stay. Up to dish sponges, garbage bags,detergents, etc. Furniture and carpets are in excellent condition. The kitchen is large and comfortable. The residential massif "Rainbow" is very lively and modern. Each courtyard has children's playgrounds, a lot of small shops in almost every house. Several large supermarkets are also within walking distance. The hosts are wonderful people. A warm welcome, a sweet compliment from the hostess is very nice. Always available, happy to explain which taxi service is better to call, where to go with children, which mobile operator to choose. If we are going to Odessa next year, of course we will stay at Maya's place!
