Here is art on the walls, many board games, lego and a large trampoline in the backyard, as an alternative to the beach trip and the rowing in the sit-on-top kayaks on the warm summer evenings.

Cozy guest house down to the water on private property. Here, nature can be enjoyed from the cottage. The cottage has a toilet/bathroom as well as a loft with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen and heat pump. In summer, paddleboards and kayaks can be borrowed. There is also the possibility of a bonfire. Wide selection of food via Wolt delivery and a jetty 5 min walk from here Note: brand new mattresses/bed and DKK 375 for use of the hot tub. This must be known before arrival.(Hot tub may be limited during the winter period)

Cozy cottage on a large and quiet plot - only 50 meters from the sea. The cottage is only a 5-minute drive from Odden ferry port and an hour's drive from Copenhagen. The cottage has two lovely bedrooms with five beds in total. In addition, there is the possibility to set up two beds in the living room or use the sofa bed. The house is in beautiful Yderby Lyng, where you can take a nice walk from coast to coast. Only a 10-minute walk from the delicious TiR bakery and a 10-minute drive to the harbor town with cafes and shopping.

Lovely family cottage 900m from one of Denmark's most beautiful and child-friendly beaches. The house has a large trampoline in the backyard, table tennis, handball goal and basketball net. Large terrace area with comfortable furniture and fireplace for the evening's coziness. There are many nice experiences within driving distance - Rørvig harbor with crab fishing, Havnebyen, Sejrø, Dragsholm Castle, Klint, Anneberg, etc. The area has a Michelin restaurant and lots of farm shops and Odden harbor has venues and cafes.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

The house is ideal for family fun, days at the beach and in the garden. The deer come to visit the garden, where the fireplace draws on long summer evenings. Inside are 3 rooms for 2, 2 and 4 people respectively. The house can be heated in winter also via heat pump and wood-burning stove. There is a ping pong table, 2 kayaks and bicycles for free use. Hiking route 106 passes almost directly by the house and cozy Nykøbing Sj. is only 3.5 km away.

Skønt sommerhus kun 1 times kørsel fra København. Sommerhuset ligger i 2. Række til Lammefjorden. Huset er bygget i 2023 med en stor nyanlagt terrasse, hvorfra man kan nyde udsigten til fjorden. Huset ligger i et lille sommerhusområde, hvor der er masser af ro og mulighed for at slappe af i smukke omgivelser på landet. Udover sommerhuset er der et pænt anneks, hvor der er plads til to-tre overnattende gæster, udover de fire sovepladser der er i huset.
