The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. There's room for everyone, whether you want to do a puzzle or read, play or watch TV. Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. For example, follow the path along the property, all the way to the farthest point of northwest Zealand. Or how about a quick dip in the sea?

Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Passer godt til en kæreste tur, hygge med veninder eller en lille get away til fred og ro. I sommerferie er det bare dejligt, at bruge det udendørs rum og der er god plads til en lille familie evt. større børn kan sove i egen afd. i annexet. Der er mulighed for at sove udendørs, lave bål, lave mad ude og nyde livet på trædækket med og uden overdækning.

The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
