The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. There's room for everyone, whether you want to do a puzzle or read, play or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located next to their own distribution corridor with sliding doors to the sun courtyard.

The 3 rooms are separate and all 3 with entrance from the terrace, so you have to exit each room to enter the next. The hot water comes from a 30-liter water heater. There is a wood-burning stove and heat pump (electric heating is charged at DKK 50 per day)

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Passer godt til en kæreste tur, hygge med veninder eller en lille get away til fred og ro. I sommerferie er det bare dejligt, at bruge det udendørs rum og der er god plads til en lille familie evt. større børn kan sove i egen afd. i annexet. Der er mulighed for at sove udendørs, lave bål, lave mad ude og nyde livet på trædækket med og uden overdækning.

We love the place, the trees, the birds' song, a walk by the sea and so much more. And we hope you will too. Rørvig harbor, town and restaurants are only 3 km or a good walk or bike ride away.
