We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private house on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the vicinity Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. In the middle of the countryside is our small half-timbered cottage - part of a courtyard with three residential units - right on the edge of the forest. Surrounded by couples, fields and old trees, you will directly experience peace and quiet as guests. The house combines historical natural materials with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and 100 Mbps fiber internet. In summer you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun under oaks, in winter the fireplace bursts for cozy warmth.

The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

The apartment "Haardpromenade" is located in Marl-Sinsen in the immediate vicinity of the Haard, a large protected landscape area on the northern edge of the Ruhr area. Not far from the apartment is the forest promenade, an interesting hiking trail with many attractions! This hiking trail, which gave our apartment the name, wants to make nature tangible for hikers without disturbing nature spaces! The Haard is also suitable for great bike rides. A net market is about a 7-minute walk away.
