We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home enough! Excellent access to the beach and the home has everything you could need and so much more! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would love to come back!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

This place is like a retreat!! Wonderful salt water pool and hot tub. Lovely home! High quality cotton bedding/towels, a bonus!! Loved the kitchen for meals. Owner responsive and property well maintained. We will be back!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

I stayed for a little over a week and it was absolutely phenomenal! Walkable, in my opinion, to everything CB has to offer though would be a farther walk to some. The accommodations were spacious and perfect for what we needed. The outdoor space / pool was awesome, spent a lot of time reading / working out there enjoying the sun. Would definitely stay again for a long visit!

Absolutely Loved Jessica’s beautiful beach home, Super bummed to leave but will definitely book in the future. The home was so reasonably priced, Has everything and anything you could think of or need. I loved all the details in decor, all the extras including a bunch of beach towels, chairs, pool toys and floaties. The kitchen is stocked with all you could need. Very detailed instructions, and of course The GOLF CART! Thank you for sharing your home with us this weekend

We had a great stay at Mary’s place. Plenty of space for plenty of people. My favorite things were that they were able to have a pack and play delivered for my baby and when I asked her for more towels, she had them delivered to our door. We had a great time.

This is an incredibly beautiful home overlooking the intracoastal, tucked back on a dirt road and surrounded by nature. The breeze was constant and wonderful since it was so stinking hot while we visited. The home also had great AC and as long as you left the bedroom doors open at night with the fans on, the bedrooms also stayed cool. The sitting area outside on the deck and over by the fire pit is where we spent every evening. We took Betsy's SUP boards out a couple of times and got to see the sun come up from the water. It's very quiet, peaceful and a short drive to restaurants and the beach (if there isn't any traffic). Betsy was super nice and responsive to anything we asked about. We would love to stay here again.

The home was perfect for our vacation! We absolutely loved the screened in patio and fenced in yard. This was our first time traveling with a newly adopted dog, and we couldn’t have imagined a better or more functional space. We hope to be back!

The Cottage was OUTSTANDING! We had a wonderful time! Very accommodating for a family of 3 with a fenced in front and back yard! Our daughter LOVED the putting green in the backyard, and I think we got a future LPGA champion in the making. Eli and his family are super nice and made us feel right at home! I give the Cottage and the Jackson family 10 stars; I highly recommend this place and definitely look forward to another visit!

We were in town for a graduation event and had a fabulous time. My family of five were comfortable in this peaceful location. This listing is close to all the popular locations. The house was clean and ready for us. The hosts were outstanding. Both of them were extremely responsive and very kind. We will look to stay in this location again next year. Dani had messaged me the day before check in letting me know AC unit had went out and it would be running the next day. It worked out wonderful for our family, we had planned to spend our first day on the beach. Dani messaged me when HVAC team had completed the job and we headed over to our weekend rental. Upon arrival it was super easy checking in. The home was already nice and cool. The home was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed fresh linen and towels, full kitchen with a wonderful non stick set we used for breakfast the next morning. Dani was quick to respond when we would reach out to her. She provided the perfect home away from home for us.

Great place, quite but close to anything you would need when visiting Wilmington. Highly recommend

Dennis' place was fantastic! the home was very nice and well stocked! His intro text covered everything we needed to know about the home, and he even sent us a list of local events and "things to do" for the weekend! the back patio was our favorite hangout, and he even had a sand volley ball court on the property! The outdoor shower definitely came in handy as well! We will definitely book again on our next trip!

Had a great month long stay. House had plenty of room and fenced in backyard was great. Very close to downtown and the beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

If you are staying in the Wilmington area, this is the place to be! The house was beautifully decorated, smelled fresh and clean, and it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. My sons especially loved the swimming pool and garage area, which had lots of fun stuff to do. I especially appreciated all the comfy beds and having a washer and dryer. The location was perfect – a short drive to tons of restaurants and the beach. The host was wonderful – very responsive to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Very nice house with a great fenced yard. Fence looks brand new. Our dog really enjoyed the yard and enclosed back porch. Well stocked kitchen. Very responsive and friendly owners. A very peaceful neighborhood. The fire pit is very nice and would be perfect for fall weather. Convenient location.

We were in Wilmington for our daughter’s graduation from UNCW this past weekend. So loved this house and the location. The deck was fantastic with great water views! Convenient to UNCW., grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was so quiet and very safe. The house was fantastic and we will be back!
