The property is on a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. It is 30 min from Lake Geneva and Lake Neuchâtel and less than an hour from the nearest ski pistes.

Natural materials such as sheep's wool, lime putty, clay and wood contribute to the cozy, stylish atmosphere. On cold days, the wood-fired hypocaust heating radiates a cozy warmth, and on warm days the large, old linden tree provides cool shade on the courtyard.
