Welcome to a cozy newly built guest house. It stands on a plot with a nice view of fields and proximity to the forest. There is access to a large garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue, trampoline, playhouse and barbecue area in the forest if you want. There is a very nice bathroom with shower and toilet. Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the creek and the mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchenette (not for cooking but there is microwave and kettle ) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the plot is the owner's residence and a detached little house with simple shower and small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with creeks, gardens, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouse, fruit trees, discounts and a forest and pasture view. A dog lives here.

The house is located in Eggby about 10 minutes drive to Axevalla trotting track, Skara summerland, Varnhem monastery church and Hornborgasjön. Walking distance to swimming and proximity to nature and bike trails. 300 meters to a 24/7 store. There is 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 cot. Bring your own hygiene items, lakan and towels. Anyone who wants to hike has several hiking trails to choose from. In the nearby area you will also find both Skara summerland and Axevalla racetrack.
