Apartment with separate entrance and terrace. A nice part of the city is within walking distance.

Interesting for trade fair visitors in Düsseldorf, Cologne and the surrounding area: very good connections to the A3/A46 highways as well as to public transport, close to Solingen main train station. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Beautiful neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby.

It's a 15 minute walk to the train station. The A3 and A46 and thus the Cologne and Düsseldorf airports can be reached quickly. There are free parking spaces in front of the house. The apartment has 2 separate rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom for 1-4 people.

My accommodation is close to all the central shopping and public transport in Leichlingen. Within walking distance from our quiet residential area in 5 minutes walk to the city center, the bus station, a regional bakery, supermarket and in another 5 minutes to the train station. With the regional train you can reach the exhibition centers and main train stations of the surrounding cities of Cologne and Düsseldorf twice per hour within about 20-25 minutes.

Small, friendly apartment with a terrace

The apartment was newly furnished in the fall of 2021. It is bright and friendly and has its own entrance and its own small terrace. It is located in an idyllic district with half-timbered houses and is close to the center of Leichlingen. Leichlingen is a small town on the edge of the Bergisches Land and easily accessible from Cologne, Düsseldorf and Wuppertal. Bicycles and a parking space can be used. Contactless check-in is also possible.

Bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out couch as an additional bed for max. 2 people. As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.
