Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ojai Valley

Great stay, super cute place, everything as described.. Snacks and bottles of water were included which was a nice surprise. Very quiet. I highly recommend James studio.

This was our second stay at this wonderful home, and it was just as great as the first. Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The yard with fruit trees and a lawn is lovely, and the hot tub under the stars is the highlight. Tastefully decorated with comfy furniture and plenty of closet space. The location is super convenient — just 8 minutes to downtown Ojai and about 20 to Ventura — and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood makes it even better. Highly recommend! Host Sharon is very responsive and helpful!

We just spent 2 days and we would love to have more days in there. all matches with the descriptions and more. Very clean, all you need to have everything in hand, highly recommended. Walking distance to the beach, we still remember beautiful sunsets, and walking distance to a street full of restaurantes, and Montecito is lovely.

This house is the perfect secluded getaway. It has an amazing pool and jacuzzi that you never want to leave with a spectacular view. It is hands down the most unique home I’ve ever been to. We loved interacting with the emu’s and there is the sweetest little cat that roams around the property. There are tons of lights switches everywhere that would at first seem overwhelming but everything is labeled very clearly making all navigation through the house a breeze. We would love to book this Airbnb again in the future.

A beautiful house in lovely surroundings. It was a great meeting place for our family who were attending my father-in-law's memorial service. Lots of space . It was nice having so many condiments for our cooking. And we used an air fryer for the first time. It was cold outside so the extra blankets came in handy. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the lovely pool and hot tub! All of the guests said they want to come back again! Erin was extremely responsive to any of our questions.

Great spot. Nestled in the canyon. Private. Was comfortable. We appreciate the “tranquility” and I believe this house made our trip special. Only feedback is that the WiFi speed needs a boost. Thank you Shawn for a very enjoyable stay at this property. It’s pretty amazing.

We rented this as a family of six for the week. Was just as described; the perfect location for a chill summer Vacay. The entrance to the beach is a quick two minute walk. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs and really anything you would need for the beach provided. The house was small but cozy and plenty of space for the six of us. The kitchen was amazing and everything you would need was provided. The kids loved the outdoor shower and mom really liked being able to have them clean off all the sand before they came inside. I think the best part was that there was always hot water with the water heater they have! That may seem like a little thing but when you have four kids and two of them are girls, it makes a big difference! Will definitely return.

We came to the Santa Barbara area for my son's college graduation from UCSB. It was so fun to cook, eat, relax, and play together at this house. The decor was delightful. Everything inside was thoughtfully provided. We used the wagon to lug chairs, umbrellas, and toys to the beach. It was a pleasant 10 minute walk. We loved the ice cream shop 2 doors down. The wrap around deck was great for hanging out and reading, chatting or watching others play corn hole or bocce ball.

A cozy, clean place near downtown SB for a competitive price. Less than a 10 minute walk to State St. and The Funk Zone. Easy to find and park, in a quaint, quiet neighborhood.

Great spot, Terry and Militsa were very helpful and friendly. Their rental was beautiful and perfect for what my family needed. Plenty of space if you have a larger party. The place was clean and the toddler loved seen and helping to feed the animals! We can’t thank them enough for letting us share their space.

Booked this for a birthday getaway and we had a fantastic time! The place was full of comfortable and cozy accomodations. It was so close to the beach and downtown area. We were able to walk everywhere because it was safe and quiet. We cooked meals at home to enjoy and we also ate out at the local restaurants. There was so much to do and see!

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

We had a wonderful multi-week stay at Perry Perch. It is a beautiful unit with a sun-filled living room/kitchen area that we particularly loved. The location is perfect — close to State Street and the beach. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay! The apartment is located right on the beachfront with direct access to the beach — you can literally walk out and feel the sand under your feet. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee with a sea view. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

Vanessa helped make our stay absolutely incredible and it was a once in a lifetime experience. She made us feel right at home with all the amenities taken care of, her stay was equipped with absolutely everything you can need for your stay; from cookware to snacks, even sunscreen because we definitely forgot to pack it. Leading up to the stay, Vanessa also kindly provided us lots of recommendations on what to do and what to see during our short stay. The purpose of our trip was for my brother-in-law to propose to his girlfriend and from the beginning to end of this plan, Vanessa and her assistants were there to help facilitate the process making everything truly so easy to coordinate. We’re so thankful for Vanessa and her team’s hospitality and I would strongly recommend Vanessa’s place in Malibu for everyone looking to visit.

We stayed at Charlie and Kevin’s beautiful house while in Malibu for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. It was the perfect arrangement for our family and so convenient to campus. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and porches and balconies. Fantastic communication, even accepting an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived. I just wish we had discovered this gem before her Senior year!

All i can say is WOW! If you stay here, be prepared for this experience to spoil all other AirBnBs for you, because they will not be able to compare to how fantastic this is! Cynthia is a true professional, from above-and-beyond hospitality to an exquisite property down to the details - she needs a tv show! AirBNB is very lucky to even have someone this dedicated on this app. This properly is absolutely stunning- like something you would see in a magazine. My husband and I booked this on a trip for our first anniversary- and Cynthia went over the top, making us feel special for the weekend. We had massages on the property outside beside the tennis court (incredible), played private tennis, and even had smores by the firepit under the stars. We would come back just to stay here again! An absolute 10/10

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

The house was absolutely amazing - we felt right at home - my family enjoyed the grounds - we spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard . Very comfy inside too! Dream kitchen we made fabulous meals there. The house was immaculate Patty was incredibly thoughtful, accommodating and helpful. She was very easy to reach if needed And left clear instructions. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay there !!

Loved our stay! Tevis was very warm and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit! It's a quiet beach that was never crowded and the airbnb was in a very safe community. Would love to go back!
