Everything was excellent, I'm sure I'll be back! I had to make a lightning trip for work and the experience was very easy and fast thanks to Hector. They confirmed my booking in no time. The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from Paseo de la Reforma. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. 100% recommended.

Very nice place, in a safe area, and with a nice view. Having guards outside the apartment was not something I expected but made me feel better as a solo traveler. The front desk people were really nice as well and respectful. I liked that not just anybody can go in and out. The apartment was nice and clean, I don’t have any complaints!

Great spot that is close enough to the center of the city but still far enough to not feel like you’re in the busy part either. Yes all of México city is busy but still felt less busy. There’s a a few places to buy food around for the place as well as two different shopping centers. Enjoyed the place overall. The place is specious and a good place to stay at.

Really enjoyed our stay, the location and apartment was perfect, and quiet. Includes a hot breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not "hot" during our visit...maybe just broken, but not clear communication from the hosts on that. The pool was heated enough for a quick dip, though.

A very cute place, in a central area to mobilize. The entry process is quite tedious (by condominium rules), but in general everything was very good.

The arrival was easy, everyone was always very friendly, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed, I felt at home. Norma is always very kind and attentive. The area is safe and pleasant for walking, very good restaurants, fun bars around the corner. It has everything.

The house is very spacious and generally very bright, the 4 bedrooms are a very good size and with accessible bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location of the house is excellent, very central and close to squares, restaurants and other businesses. Despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear much noise from the street. An excellent option to stay in the Polanco area.

Beautiful home and great host!

We had a very pleasant time at Sergio's house, Mrs. Alejandra and her husband were extremely kind and flexible, and supported us at all times. The house is very spacious and super comfortable that has 2 full bathrooms! If something we needed was not in the kitchen, Mrs. Alejandra would take it to us right away. And the best part of everything was the beautiful terrace, we spent a lot of our stay there, very comfortable sunbathing, and even grill it has, so that's why we would come back gladly.

Location was excellent. Host was very attentive.

We really enjoyed our 18 day stay at this place. We arrived almost 2:00 am and had no trouble getting inside. The security was very helpful (unlike other places I've stayed in the area). The building is very secure and safe, as is the area generally. You can walk to any amenities you would need for an extended stay - major grocery stores, costco, and tons of restaurants. The apartment has all the basics and was very comfortable. No issues with any appliances, everything worked well. We would definitely stay here again in the future

An incredible apartment, comfortable, beautiful, and very clean. With everything you need for a luxurious stay. I highly recommend it. It is very well located, with a very safe building. The host's attention is the best. I would just like to ask the maintenance staff to check the elevator in Tower 3. We had a bad experience that was resolved, but it was not pleasant. We were trapped for 20 minutes. But in itself, the apartment is amazing, my new place to stay in Mexico City. 10/10

MY STAY STARTED SUPER WELL IS THE FIRST TIME IN AN AIRBNB OUTSIDE MY COUNTRY AND MY FIRST TIME ALSO VISITING MEXICO. THE AREA IS GREAT MANY RESTAURANTS PLACES TO ACCESS BY WALKING (AREA OF MUCH TRAFFIC) MODERN BUILDING LIKE MANY FAULTS (INCLUDING JACUZZI AND SAUNA). THE APARTMENT IS SPACIOUS WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW. DO NOT LET ME KNOW IT WAS NOT AIR-CONDITIONED (I CUSTOMARILY THOUGHT THEY WERE ALL) BUT IT MADE GOOD WEATHER ALL THE TIME AND WE COULD OPEN THE WINDOWS (TRIP IN AUGUST). THE DUENNO WAS WELL ATTENTIVE TO ALL MY PREGUTAS AND ALWAYS RESPONDED QUICKLY. THE BUILDING HAS ENOUGH SECURITY WHAT BECOMES OVERWHELMING BUT IT IS FOR OUR GOOD. THE ONLY THING THAT I LEAVE A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE WAS THE LACK OF AMENITIES OR ATTENTION. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO HAVE + TOWELS, + SAVANNAS, + DRINKING WATER, COFFEE (AT LEAST FOR THE 1ST HOUR OF STAY ) SUGAR AND SALT HABIA BUT POORLY STORED.

Our stay was amazing. Located in a very nice area and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies. I definitely recommend staying here, you will not regret it.

Great place for our first visit to CDMX! Walkable to anything you could want in Roma Norte and condesa. Sarali is very responsive and friendly; we especially appreciated her list of recommendations. We went to some great places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.
