Dan's place was great extremely clean, convient location, and the place was just as great as it appears in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay here & will defenitely stay here again just a awesome place.

We can’t say enough great things about Shane’s place, Piper Palms. It is so well stocked, we had everything we needed at our finger tips. Shane was very responsive, it is in a great location to get to restaurants, beaches and to travel further up or down the coast. We absolutely loved it and the pool was such a bonus! We didn’t want to leave!

This is a beautiful home with wonderful attention to detail, and it is very clean. Carla is a great host with clear communication and easy instructions for check-in and check-out. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this listing. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely love to return to this home!

This place was absolutely perfect — even better than the photos! The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The best part? It’s right on the canal, and the hosts provide kayaks, which made for the most peaceful morning paddles and sunset adventures. The outdoor space is a dream — we spent every evening on the patio watching the water and enjoying the breeze. Inside, the kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and everything felt thoughtful and high-quality. Quiet neighborhood, close to beaches and restaurants, but still felt like our own little hideaway. The hosts were responsive and made check-in a breeze. Can’t wait to come back — this is our new favorite Florida spot!

Raquel was an amazing host. Super responsive always making sure we had what we needed. House was really clean and amenities as described. Prime location, tons of restaurants, salons, convenience stores and highways. Enjoyed our experience!

Would fully recommend Nicholettes property as an amazing place to stay in Miami. First of all, the location is perfect if you want a quiet break away - with a perfect riverfront to look over from the back porch throughout the day. As well as that, there are some excellent dining options just a few minutes walk away. The property itself is beautifully maintained, and really modern with all of the amenities needed to give it a really cosy feel. Check-in and check-out were both really simple and easy. Finally, the hosts were excellent. Extremely polite and responsive, with a specific mention going to co-host Jadyn. We had a slight issue with one of the locks in the house, we mentioned this to Jadyn, and within a couple of hours we had a replacement to ensure our safety. Overall this was an excellent place to stay, and if given the chance we would choose to stay at Wilton Manors at this property again!

Toni's place was exactly what my partner and I needed for our trip to Florida for a family memorial, and Toni herself was *extremely* helpful and communicative! The home itself was perfect, the amenities provided were fantastic, the walkability of the neighborhood was amazing, and the lovely outdoor area made me wish I could have orchids growing on trees in Illinois (there's also a GIANT staghorn fern ball hanging outside the back door - my jaw dropped when I saw it). Highly recommend the Riverside Market a few minutes walk from the home (make sure to try the fried chickpeas!) and the pizza spot across the street from there :)

I stayed at Jeff's place with 4 of my cousins, so 5 girls in the house. We were anticipating a trip just to hang out at a beach for a couple of days and this was a great place to do that. It was a great stay, we were close to the beach. Jeff had beach chairs ready for us and a wagon to pull them to the beach. It was like a half a block walk to the boardwalk and beach. We spent a lot of time walking the boardwalk, checking out the shops and eateries and enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach. Their is a nice bottom deck and top deck which we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and playing cards later at night. We would definitely come back here or recommend this place. Jeff was very easy to reach out to and responded to texts very well. He even called us the morning we were checking out to make sure everything was OK. NOTE: There are towels in the bathrooms, but no wash cloths and no dish cloths (there is a sponge) and no dish towel. So next time I would pack each of those.

Wonderful stay at this idyllic location - it's like you're living in your own secluded natural paradise. But then you walk a few minutes and you're in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging round the swimming pool and our visiting baby turtles in the lake! There are fantastic restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

I have spent time in at least 20 Airbnb locations in a lot of places and this was one of my favorites! Luciana is a very responsive and kind host, everything is very detailed and clearly written. She was also very proactive and available to answer questions. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable after a long day out, the location is excellent being close to a little bit of everything. Waterfront area in the backyard is gorgeous! Access to a kayak fit for two is available for use anytime and neighbors are nice people who don't bother you while paddling around. Water is treated and extremely deep and clear. Catch and release Peacock bass fishing in the lake is excellent and actually pretty exciting in the clear waters. Not tons of fish numbers wise, but lots of rather large specimens, between 2-5lbs. Anything you could ever possibly need for comfort, Luciana has supplied for you on site. Whenever available, I'll always book to stay here again, hopefully for a little longer!
