Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Okrug Donji

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

We had a lovely stay. The house is everything you need and the terrace is stunning. having breakfast under the beautiful tree was a dream. We were welcomed by Zinka and it was no problem that we arrived quite late. there was even some home made chocolate cake for us! Goran is very kind and answered very quickly. he also gave us some good information for things to see and we could even borrow his kayak and use things like the washing machine. Big plus: the sea just 50 meters away from the house makes for a great morning dip!

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Marina Beach 5mn drive away Shops (convenience store and bakery) 2mn walk Marina port and restaurants within walking distance. Split 45mn by car, departure from activities: rafting, boat trip.... We enjoyed the greenery, the large terrace, the calm.

Danijela's place is fantastic. We didnt have exact timing for arrival for keys and her dad was flexible and helped coordinate our check-in. Space was great for us both inside and out. Great place highly recommend.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

High feel-good factor, from the first minute you can quickly get down from the stress of everyday life. The pool is great and bigger than expected. The house is on a mountain, there are few neighbors nearby, yet you have your privacy and it's incredibly quiet! The sleeping areas can only be reached via an external staircase, are newly furnished, each room has its own modern bathroom. The place itself is small, but it has everything you need. The beaches are within walking distance. The mountain is easy to cope with (even with a stroller), if you don't do anything anyway and hardly move, it was a good change ;) The bay is beautiful and the beaches very quiet (end of August), just right if you want to enjoy the nature and tranquility. There are restaurants and the supermarket, a fruit stand, bakery. The ice cream shop directly on the beach recommended. Clear recommendation from us!!! Great communication with the owner, keep it up!

This was a multigenerational trip, and three generations loved our stay! Vinko was helpful, kind, and an all-around exceptional host! The apartment is beautiful and well cared for!

The house is a little off the beaten path with a beautiful view of the sea. It is equipped with everything you need. Marijana was a very accommodating hostess. It was all fenced in, perfect for the dogs. The turtles in the back garden were a great highlight.

We absolutely had an amazing time at the villa. Anita and her family was very very sweet they picked us from middle as our uber dropped us , the house was super clean , they also welcomed us with local alcohol they produce. Very very responsive about everything like recommendations and helps. Fully recommend them if you want to enjoy a villa with pool, jacuzzi and BBQ and also want a peaceful time away from hustle bustle.

We had a beautiful stay at Josko and his wife’s villa, they both went above and beyond to make our best friends hen do special and memorable! I would say that the pictures don’t do this place justice, it was just what we needed and more! Our hosts helped out massively with airport transfers and lifts into Split which saved us so much money! Myself and the group couldn’t recommend this place enough and would go back any time. The villa was spotless when we arrived and the pool is bigger than we thought! We really can’t fault it and had the most amazing time. Thank you Josko and wife! Much appreciated!

We’ve just returned from a four night stay at Villa Ban. The entire place was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. Ivan was an amazing host, even bringing a welcome present with him at check in. He was flexible with check out time, and had plenty of recommendations for us. It was my mother in law’s first trip abroad in 12 years and she had the most amazing time. We’d definitely recommend the villa to other families and the location, being so close to beautiful Trogir, is great.

The villa, the pool, the location and everything provided was totally perfect. Set away from the busy tourism areas but close enough to easily get to Split, Krka national park, Trogir and the many amazing beaches. We had an absolutely brilliant time, thank you Ivana.

We had a great stay in Trogir. The accommodation was well-equipped and located very close to the center, which was very convenient. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the apartment is clean, bright and beautiful. The roof terrace is huge with a wonderful view of the sea, sunrise and surroundings. Excursions to Splitt and the Krka National Park are easily accessible from there. The sea is about 3 minutes' walk away and very clear. It's worth staying at Dina's and we'll come back when we're in the area. Thanks Dina Mario and Susann

The Apartment was very nice and very close to the center of Trogir. The Communication with the Kairos Office was easy and all of them were very nice.

Very attentive host , probably one of the best if not the best Airbnbs I've ever been to , spacious, modern with all needed amenities you might think of , location is 10 mns away from the amazing vibrant center of trogir , half day tours moving from trogir were very reachable and hassle free , the view is priceless and I'll be happy to visit petra's place over and over again

Goran's apartment was very clean and modernly furnished. We felt right at home. The location right on the beach is great, you don't need to drag all the stuff through the heat to the beach. We also enjoyed the place itself very much. It was not crowded during our travel time, which was very relaxed. The host Goran was also very friendly, helpful and responded very quickly to questions. Should we go on vacation in the area again, Goran's apartment will be the first option.
